Convenient location while traveling. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Room has recently been refinished so everything was new and clean. Beds were comfortable and linens crisp with plenty of pillows. Having a Chez Cora and Timmy’s nearby was nice.

Heat was off when we arrived so we had to ask for a blanket which was not already available in the room. No sheers on the window meant we had to keep the blackout curtains closed the whole time which made it feel like a cave. The fridge was broken and we had brought cream, food and meds that needed to be kept cold. We asked to swap the fridge out which would have taken 5 minutes but were only offered to change rooms completely and we had already unpacked. We made do with buckets of ice but the fridge made a loud hum all night which was disturbing. The most annoying was the coffee maker. When they redid the room with a coffee bar they hung the shelf too low for the microwave so you can not use the coffee maker unless you move it around the room or to the bathroom.

There’s a Tim hortons close by and the property was nice. :)

Nothing about the property I didn’t like how ever for the complimentary breakfast there was no meats so that was the only thing I was slightly disappointed in. One more thing just for people who come for an anniversary or something should try and always keep fake flower pedals and flowers or something as I could not receive that request. As for the credit card not everyone carries one and I wish I didn’t have to use someone else’s credit card just to be able to stay one night, the price for the room itself was almost 200$ a little over the top as check in is only at 3 pm and check out at 11 am which is not much of a long stay. Other than that the stay was wonderful :)

Comfortable, clean,and up to date rooms with a beautiful shower. A great place to stay when visiting Cornwall Ontario. Mostly, I want to underline the professional and helpful customer service I received from the front desk staff. I had made a mistake on my online booking . Once I explained my problem the check-in agent immediately called Booking.com reservations and my issue was quickly resolved. Thank you for a great stay.

The staff were great and helpful. I had to extend my trip and because I had booked it through the website, I had to make a whole other booking rather than the staff be able to extend it which was unfortunate but it worked out. The staff were able to explain the process and made it REALLY easy to check in/out in the morning (had to leave at 6am due to emergency and the process was done within 10 minutes).

Good place for a short stay. It provided us with all the needed comfort and accommodations for the overnight stop along our journey. Basic breakfast, however still sufficient. Rooms are nice and clean.

The air conditioner functioned adequately but was noisy. We lacked the energy to request a room change; it wasn't perfect, but tolerable.

In town for a baseball tournament the kids loved the pool. The microwaves and fridges are especially important when travelling for sports event. Our hours are never set.

I didn’t like that the front desk said we couldn’t sit in the lobby area after 1030. We book all together to be able to hangout and there’s nowhere in the hotel that 20 people can sit together after 1030pm

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was extremely easy to find. Location is very convenient lots of stores and restaurants close by to choose from. Overall, it was a very pleasant hotel to stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. 👍👍

I arrived with 2 babies, tons of luggage and was told there was no elevator to my room on the second floor. After voicing my concern about lugging 2 babies and all of our belongings to the front desk, they were more than happy to accommodate us with a room on the first floor. I was very thankful!!

Honestly our stay was very comfortable. The only negative I had was the old plug and chain in the bathtub.

Room was great, beds comfy, very good value for the money. Love the EV charging.

The breakfast was very basic. Would have been nice to have a few buffet-style options. The parking lot, when I arrived, was pretty much full. I found what appeared to be the last spot out back.

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The wifi worked well. The indoor pool was small but perfectly refreshing. The hotel is set back from the main street which made it quiet for sleeping. Breakfast was adequate with lots of bread products, make your own waffles, cereal,coffee, teas, juice and microwaveable egg sandwiches.

Our room was over the pool so it always felt damp.
