The Room was very clean but carpets are getting old, a bit humid. Laminate floors would do this place wonders. It's like stepping back in time when in the 1990's this place was modern. Today, you could say it has the charm of the past or say it's outdated. All appliances worked fine, lots of outlets. Buffet breakfast & coffee was very good.

Bed was ok but not ultra comfy. Bathroom is still the bath and shower with plastic curtain, but mind you, all in very good working condition. Old style wall air conditioner, felt like the air was stale. Would we go back, maybe but it would not be our first choice.

The breakfast was very good. There were plenty of options. I tried the "make yourself a waffle" option for the first time in my life, and there was someone there who helped me. Their morning coffee was good too, and someone kept making sure my cup was full. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I used the opportunity to have a treat, but I did see the yogurt and fruit options I would normally gravitate toward, and someone was enjoying oatmeal. For an "included breakfast" it was quite wonderful. As someone who usually needs to check in after 7:00, I usually arrive hungry and looking for dinner. Their restaurant was still open and would remain so for a couple of hours. That meant I had time to put my bags in my room, start my car charging for the next day, and then go and have a relaxed dinner--that was excellent. I was sorry I couldn't finish it.

Bed and pillow were very comfortable

There was a dog in the next room that barked for a couple of hours, presumably while the owners were having dinner. It gave me a headache. Then even after they were back, the dog barked later at night & woke me up. The second night a different dog barked & woke me. I do not mind dogs, but dogs should only be allowed in rooms/corridors if the owners can keep them from barking. The hotel was great. People at reception were very nice. It was a shame that the barking dog caused us to rate it 9 instead of 10.

We loved the ambiance of the hotel! So comfy, cozy & inviting! The staff were amazing. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant, and breakfast in the morning was great!! I enjoyed an early morning work out in the well equipped gym! One of the best I have seen! We will definitely return to this hotel, on our next trip through Cornwall!

Breakfast and the comfortable welcoming atmosphere is the dining area. The beds very comfortable. Nice linens too Cleaning service very attentive.

The hotel is non-smoking but there were cigarette smokers in the hall where our room was. I would be very upset if I was any closer to those rooms and especially if I was to be put in that room after the smokers checked out.

Man the staff was wonderful! I actually had an opportunity to check in a little ahead of time, front desk was great to accommodate. Had an absolutely fantastic dinner at the hotel restaurant… so good!! Buffet breakfast was top shelf and once again the staff was so kind and accommodating. Highly recommend this Best Western!

Room was large and very clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good.

No elevator, and we were on the second floor. The entry door into our room was compromised by the closet that was behind it, so it didn't open fully. There weren't any USB outlets.

Informed the hotel we’d be travelling w a dog and they made sure to put a bunch of nice things like extra sheets, towels & some dog treats! Our room location was perfect as it was right by an exit so pup could go out easily.

Breakfast buffet only runs till 9 am on weekdays.

Breakfast buffet perfect. Good coffee, bacon, eggs, muffins. Staff always very pleasant and accommodating. Invited family for lunch and that was a great success. Spacious eating area with lots of choices on menu. Highly recommended.

We were most impressed with the breakfast offered with the room. The food was of a very good quantity but more importantly there was almost an absence of debris I associate with other hotels, paper plates, wooden spoons, paper cups etc. We had steel cutlery and ceramic dishes easily cleaned with a bit of soap and water. Thank you for being more environmentally considerate!
