We were greeted by a lovely down to earth lady. I can see how some people might call her rude but she was just to the point and polite. No over the top ass kissing which we appreciate. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. And OMG the rainfall shower is a huge win!!! Located neat many food options and the bed was so comfy. I am not sure why people have rated this motel so low.

The only issue for me way that the lights are kept on all night outside and so we would have slept better with a blackout curtin. The curtain in our room didn't block much light. And for a longer stay a dresser would likely be helpful.

This place is not a usual motel like you would expect when traveling, but for nature lover it’s a paradise. The room was very basic Scandinavian style. Firm mattress and the bonus you could open the window to let fresh air in. The restaurant was worth to visit for late snack. Very good local beer and food. The manager/owner was very easy going and easy to talk to.

The view was not the best because t did not bother me for that one night. If I stayed longer I would like to have a different room.

Room was surprisingly lovely. The curb appeal of hotel was like saying, what did we book. The check in counter and surroundings was in disarray, but we were completely satisfied with the room. The room was clean with all the amenities and actually quite beautiful. It didn't compare to the lobby area. We loved the fact we could park outside of our room and the Adirondack chairs were a great touch.

For such a low price, I expected a basic room. Boy, was I surprised when I opened the door. The room looked like it was recently redecorated, including a rain shower head and a handheld head in the shower. The decor was neutral and very welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, which surprised me because it was a lot softer than the one at home. I will definitely be back.

Oddly, there was no closet, not even a clothesrail. There were hangers supplied, but I do not know where I would have hung anything up. Since I was only there 1 night, it didn't matter but it was odd. Oh, and the parking lot desperately needs repaving. It is so broken up, it may be keeping people away.

The price was very good in these times of ridiculous motel and hotel prices this was a welcome change. Very clean property.

We had a problem with a frig that was defrosting and the floor was wet. No real fault of the management as a breaker was tripped. As soon as they were advised of the problem it was fixed and the water was cleaned up. No problem!!!! We have stayed here before and never had any problems.

The room was very large and clean. The room includes a fridge, microwave and a Keurig coffee maker with two pods.

The TV didn’t work, although the staff tried hard to remedy the situation (without success). This made the stay much less relaxing at the end of a long day. The coffee maker plug did not reach the outlet and it was necessary to more the coffee maker to the bedside table to make coffee.

Rooms are always clean! The property management team is amazing! They created more than inn! They made it comfortable making you feel right at home, keeping the suits clean and maintaining the property beautifully. It's my number one place to find peace and quiet. I have never been disappointed.

I can honestly say there hasn't been any issues in my experience, staying at the regency inn! If I had to make a choice and say what I "didn't like" they are always booked! So it's a hit and miss when wanting to stay at the inn.

Our room was very clean, the beds were comfy and the lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. It's close to restaurants and gas bars also not far off the hwy! We would definitely stay here again and have referred others already!

The only issue we had was that the sink in the washroom didn't drain very well a minor thing. Everything else was wonderful .

The location was convenient to our travel route. The room had a little fridge, microwave, and Keurig. In addition to supplying some k-cups, they also left some small packages of dairy creamer in the fridge. The shower was nice - looked like it had been recently renovated - it had a Rain Shower head as well as a handheld with a convenient way to switch between the two.

The room had a strong air freshener scent when we arrived - I would have preferred scent-free. The mattress seemed a bit old.

Everything was great here! Going back home from New Brunswick and needed to rest after long drive. The staff were very accommodating to our needs as we were delayed in our drive. They left a key in a lock box on door handle because we arrived 3 hours later than planned. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing!! Staff were also very  sympathetic with our situation. Since we arrived at 1 am, they graciously allowed for a later checkout for us! There was a Keureg in the room with milk and creamer packets in mini fridge, which I was very grateful to see!!

There was nothing I disliked about staying at the Regency!!
