How pleasantly surprised we were with this accomodation. Town ctr location couldn't have been better, very convenient for most anything one would need. This hotel surpassed by far any other RR Inns we've ever stayed in over the years. All staff encountered practiced a consistently admirable, "Gold Standard" of hospitality, always rendering premium, congenial customer service. Actually, even more so than some 5-star establishents we've stayed in, to include upscale Park Lane and Fairmont properties. Cleanliness throughout was supberb. The daily breakfast was ample enough, & well-stocked, with good offerings. With this establshment, the Red Roof enterprise has a model representation of what going "above and beyond" in the hospitality industry should be. Hopefully the staff at this location- ALL of them- are afforded some sort of recognition by RR for the exemplary manner in which they execute their duties & maintain this facility.

Nothing to not like here. Ticked all of the boxes and more for us during our stay!

The staff was wonderful! Special cal out to Leissa (sorry if I misspelled her name) at the front desk who went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

The breakfast selection was just ok. It was great for regular "cold" items like cereal, etc. The waffle station took too long and people did not want to wait for someone to make 4 or 5 waffles at a time tying up the machine for at least 10 minutes. Simple dishes like scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, homefries etc. should be added. That was the only somewhat dissapointing thing.

We stayed on the third floor. The room was large, clean and modern with an excellent bathroom. The breakfast was nice and there were plenty of options. We only stayed in the hotel for the night as we were traveling through and wanted to go to the Historical Society in the morning. Be warned, there seemed to be only one sit down restaurant in Malone.

Not the fault of the hotel, but the area around the hotel is very run down.

Cleanest Red Roof Inn we’ve ever stayed at. I don’t remember names but the first desk girl was super rude. I think we might have woke her up…she didn’t explain anything or give us the wifi code. The second girl was amazing!! Explained everything that I needed to know and gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner (I really wish I had gotten names!!)

I had asked for our two rooms to be close. The first cranky girl said that was not possible because of the rooms we booked (two king rooms). That was it…no other explanation.

I was extremely happy with being on 3rd floor. Limited access made stay very quiet and enjoyable. Really appreciate staff member giving me 3rd floor, she was very professional and friendly upon my arrival and all interaction during my stay. The entire staff was friendly and professional. I intend to stay here every time I visit.

Everything was outstanding.The room was very clean and everything was convenient vending machines.And a plus laundry room and machine was very clean.

Breakfast was great, crews at the motel were extremely friendly and nice. Parking lot is very large enough for the customers, the entire place is very clean and neat.

One of the towels... with my life experiences it has either mouse or rat poo stuck on the surface and has been washed a lot - it's covered by the cloth. I specifically left that piece on the desk while others on the ground, that really wasn't good at all.

Spacious and comfortable room, a good breakfast including waffles.

Very noisy, walls and floors/ceiling must be very thin.

This hotel is better- Lobby/ room- than most RED Roofs we have visited.

Breakfast organization was poor. Place like items with like items. You may want to visit other similar properties to upgrade the menu offerings. Lower quality breads, cereal. Just a few small improvements would bring it up. Why a waffle maker, and no whipped cream?

The staff was really good. The hotel was full these two nights, yet it was quiet. Great bed and pillows. Nice little breakfast with coffee and just what was needed to start the day.
