The breakfest was very good; I did not expect that.

I did not like that when I booked ( the casino hotel!), I was placed in the Players Inn. I was not in Akwasane for some time and the last time, I was there, this was still a seperated hotel ( I beleive a Comfort Inn?) They should properly pecifie what you are booking for, for it took a long time to find my reservation and I felt cheated and was upset about it, ( for I paid over $200, for one night!) So, it should be clear that the Players Inn is the Players Inn and the Casino hotel is also what the name says it is!!!! I had to walk by myself in the dark from the casino to the hotel and did not feel safe; a bit more lighting would alo be helpfull!

food was good beds were really comfortable. staff in the casino were nice. place was clean

not all the restaurants were open and the harvest buffet not really a good selection chose not to eat their had to settle for fast food type eating ie hotdogs and sandwiches. from canada and i was using american money you can use canadin money to gamble . its on the website but not easy to find out that information i called the day before i left no one metoind that to me.

We were greeted by almost every employee with a smile. It was so very busy with a wedding, convention of some sort and outside visitors you always felt safe.

We had to wait passed check in time to get to our room. However, your front desk staff was amazing in keeping us informed and immediately getting us in when it was ready. Especially a young lady named Ashley, she went above and beyond.

I loved the atmosphere. The place is decorated beautifully, all the staff are very friendly. My room was immaculate and the casino was clean. The bathrooms were very clean. I had dinner at the Tavern which was excellent. The waitress was awesome!

I wish the breakfast buffet was earlier than 10 on Sunday. Ended up going to Dunkin Donuts which was fine. There is a place called Cedars I could have gone to right in the casino but my friend had been there before and didn't like the coffee. I also didn't like that I didn't win a big jackpot. haha

Have stayed previously and consistently nice, comfortable rooms. Convenient location in casino building.

No microwave. Get frequent mailing/emails from this casino advertising free room code but they never honor it on weekends..very frustrating now that I finally have weekends off from work and can’t spend as much when having to pay the large amount for a room.

The buffet, was not good. We have try it saterday evening, (our first day) but not the other days. I didn't know that we can have a beakfast The hotel is far from the city where we can make shopping or attractions.

Everything was perfect. The staff was incredibly warm and provided excellent service. The food was great; it was super clean, the room was good sized and comfy and the location was perfect. We will definitely return and encourage others to stay there, as well.

Love the property! Love the casino and the restaurants. Close to family. Really glad the valet is back.

Comfy and spacious room, very clean and quiet. But the optional breakfast is no longer available. Can buy breakfast in the casino cafe. There are two hotels onsite, this one is in the main casino building.

it’s fairly new nice pool and hot tub nice room and size lots of slots several restaurants available

thought staff was very unfriendly nobody even says hello or even looks you in the eye, including the front desk clerks. the casino employee was friendly and helped set up card and the waitress in the buffet was friendly and cheerful. buffet too limited slow elevator shower head loose in wall smoke detector in room looks like flashing lightning in dark - making it hard to sleep.
