We spent the night at this BW after arriving at Pearson Airport and wanted to stay at a hotel on our way home that wasn’t too close to the airport. The clerk at the counter was professional and friendly. We slept in the next morning and was too late for breakfast. However the lady in charge of breakfast was cleaning up and offered to make us scrambled eggs and sausage which was beyond our expectations. After a long international flight this unexpected act of kindness put BW in the top of our list for hotels to stay at in the future.

The size of the room was just right, the beds were clean and comfy, everything was tidy. There was even a boot tray at the door. The air conditioner/heater worked very well, as well as the fridge, microwave, and tv. Happy the Tv has Netflix! The staff was also very kind! We felt welcomed. We didnt get it at this trip, but its nice that they let us know they have a free breakfast in the morning! Overall, It was just lovely!

The preassure in the shower was very poor, thats the only downside.

The complimentary breakfast in the morning was well presented with a large selection of cold and hot menu items.. The staff member attending to the breakfast Beatriz had a lovely demeanor. She took pride in her work, interactions with guests and the cleanliness of the buffet and dining area.

Breakfast was pretty good but scrambled eggs were tiring after a few days. A waffle or pancake machine would be nice

No smoking beside doors or rooms would be nice. Perhaps further down the parking lot would be great

Beds were super comfortable with great linens and pillows. Shower is strong and hot.

TV remote didn't work properly. We couldn't control volume or input selection with the remote - had to do directly to the tv. There was great variety to the breakfast in the morning - only wish the eggs and sausages had been warmer (both were cold)

Nice place for a short stay. Loved the location with easy access to all eatables

Breakfast options should be more like addon Hashbrown, porridges etc. Breakfast time to be a bit adjustable if one stays for more than one night as we missed by 10 min delay.

The proximity to Bethel Canada. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Food was delicious. Parking was convenient. We were able to book 2 rooms side by side. Our housekeeper, Tammy, was kind, efficient and thorough!

Only thing I can think of was that the rooms weren’t connected.

Breakfast was great. Lots of hot and cold choices. Location was perfect for where we needed to go.

It is a very dated room. I’m sure renovations are in the future planning. The toilet handle kept falling off.

This is a 2 start rated Motel, but we did not feel it was 2 star at all. You can tell that Best Western has replaced everything in the rooms to bring it up to their standards. The room was spotless, with new carpets and beds and all new furniture. The bathroom was clean and the towels were thick and fluffy! I have significant back issues and fully expected to have difficulty with the bed, but no issues at all! The included breakfast offered far more variety than we expected with several choices that could accommodate my gluten free needs. Having a Shoeless Joe's right in the parking lot gave us a place to walk to for drinks and appetizers before we called it a night!

The room had a slight stale odour when we first arrived, we opened the windows for 30 minutes and had no concerns afterwards.

Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and I loved the cotton bed sheets! Breakfast included was a great bonus! Staff was pleasant and helpful.
