the room was clean, the hotel ambience was nice and location as well.

I booked the room ( 2 adults + 2 kids). i came to the room ( night of 21st Jan at around 8pm) , i found 2 bottles of water in the room. i called the reception to send me 2 more bottles ( since we are 4). the reception answered me that this will have extra charges. I told the shift manager , he told me the same answer. As a suggestion, the hotel should check the number of people that are checking in and put the complimentary bottles accordingly. It is not a matter of paying the extra charge for the water, but it will let the guest feel more comfortable and welcomed. I was really shocked from the manager response which is not acceptable at all in my opinion. I just felt that the manager doesnt care and he answered as per the book.

The whole hotel was very clean. From the lobby, the hallway to the room. Care was taken. The room layout was very good with the sofa bed off in the corner. Enough USB ports available around the room. The separation between the toilet & shower with the vanity is a nice touch. We were going to a wedding & it allowed getting ready & needing to go to washroom or to shower not interfere. But the King bed was the most appreciated part of our stay. So comfortable & lots of room.

A makeup mirror would have been helpful. The bottles of shampoo & conditioner had come off the wall. Adhesive might not have been the best implementation of a good idea of having bottles to dispense the items.

Loved the BIG room and comfortable King size bed. The guy working at reception when I got there was so friendly. He gave me a room with a balcony and it was so big. The bed was so so comfy we really didn't want to get up. Check out at noon is better than most places....we didn't have to rush our check out. Housekeeping was so swift and prompt. Check out was easy-going. One thing is the people that work here, really do love their job....they were all so helpful and professional and incredibly kind. Wonderful experience.

I didn't like having to leave....wanted to stay a little longer 🤣🤣.

I love how comfy and clean and the little fridge was amazing!! Especially my name coming up on the TV when we arrived made me feel awesome!!

I could've used a tub cause I booked a room with a 2 year old and she didn't enjoy taking a shower. But other than that everything was amazing!

Exceeded expectations for us. The hotel and the room were both beautiful for the price. The bed was comfortable. It also had a nice indoor pool, and parking was free!

We loved everything. From check in. The restaurant. The breakfast is excellent. The fries are good. The rooms are very clean with balcony access.The staff at the reception were excellent. The pool is clean and the hours are good. We definitely recommend the hotel. We for sure is our favorite hotel in Toronto. We will revisit.

The sofa bed is so so.

Rooms are clean and facilities are good

We booked for three people with breakfast. But the hotel allowed only for two. We tried to explain but they asked to buy for third person. This is not in-line with what I booked for.

It's very close to stores, accessible.. clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful

The parking spots weren't shoveled properly.

The room exceeded my expectations. The tech in the room was very up to date, the water pressure in the shower was perfect, it was quiet in the room and the gentleman at front desk was extremely polite and helpful.

The breakfast wasn't included with our stay.
