The room was clean for the most part! Was actually suprised as I am very picky with the cleanliness of hotel rooms. The pool and hot tub were at lovely temperatures, they were convenient and fun.

The pool facilities were not clean, I found a piece of glass and a lot of hair. Only one jet in the hot tub works. My top cover for my bed had hair on it, but the rest of my sheets were clean. The walls had a lot of fingerprints too. But it was nice to see everything else was dusted or wiped down.

It was a very comfortable king size bed, nice clean bathroom, very quiet room even though the highway was close as well as being near the airport.

Too bad they are replacing central air with window units that I find more noisy. That is just my opinion. Updating was happening to the hotel and it will be interesting to see how things change.

My room! It was on the 6th floor, King spacious room! what not to like? It was clean and neat! Bathroom is nice...everything was good honestly. The staff was nice and friendly. Shout out to Melinda (Reception) + Christopher (Resto).

Breakfast! It lacks two things: Air conditioning: it was warm in the restaurant. I just wanted to leave and go back to my room to enjoy the AC back! Mini Fridges that you usually see in the intercontinental buffet! I noticed lots of stuff like Butter/jams were just sitting there without having them in a fridge! The Croissent was definitely not fresh and I couldn't eat it AT ALL.

Price value good if you need to do a trip to Mississauga. If you need to combine with Toronto also good but a bit away. I had both and for me was perfect. The persons working their were very kind.

All good and expected

Well, this Place is very close to my current living place, So a comfortable commute to get to Airport for catch-up flights. So Ideal location to meet my International Bussiness Partners. Some of mY business friends from the States really like to stay at this Location. The staff is very cooperative and so friendly. The funny thing is I am going to Book my Room once again after this survey report. Indeed. That's simple proof of my liking status of this Super Awesome Place. NOTHING TO SAY MORE. THERE WAS A EVERYTHING SUPER MORE THAN OUR EXPECTATIONS.

It was easily found off the 401 and close to many restaurant, and stores. It was easy to get to all our destinations. Employees were very helpful, and courteous. Breakfast was excellent and good value for price. The convenience of dining at this location was welcomed and appreciated.

Being close to the highway can be both good and bad. Our room was literally beside the 401, our window view, so was noisy, and disturbed our sleep. The refrigerator in our room overheated and shut off, defrosting the freezer content. I don’t thing enclosing a refrigerator in a cabinet is good for it. The top of it was very warm. I was able to turn it back on after it cooled and left the cabinet door open to allow air to circulate.

location is great, just beside the highway ! the staff was Amazing , we forgot our laptop in the room and they called us to inform and kept it safe so we could get it back, really thankful to everyone there !

washrooms need some update, the choice of colours for the rooms and washroom make it look dark and gloomy. some updates will definitely help in uplifting the experience.

Easy to access off the hwy. Deep bathtub, good shower pressure. Good bed

Very dated. Hallway carpets loose and dated/worn. Decor in the room worn/dated. No microwave in the room. Restaurant care was meh. No usb ports for charging.

It was nice and comfortable. We were happy with our room and enjoyed the breakfast in their restaurant.

There were no towels at the pool. The front desk was told at least three times, but no towels ever showed up.

the pool area was not stocked consistently, when I walked to the main desk- wet and asked for towels. the woman working the front was on her phone and flippant, I was assured towels would be sent- nothing for an hour- I had to walk back out to the lobby wet and request from a different staff. all other staff was amazingly helpful, and I am sure it was an oversight- but regular checking of towels In the pool area- or a sign for patrons to obtain them before swimming would be helpful.
