Beautiful location. Big clean room with high ceilings and a comfy bed. Felt like a country inn. And you can go downstairs and get yummy sandwiches and eat them in a charming little dining room, or sit on the deck or in a muskoka chair by the river. Perfection.

The location, the internet, the comfy beds, the decor, the spacious room were all wonderful. The customer service was absolutely exemplary ... I had to extend my stay and they accommodated by allowing me to move into another room earlier - the adjustment was made with ease and total flexibility on their part! I had a family member dying in hopsital and the owner and family would check in on me, which was really sweet! I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Nothing. It was all perfect!

Comfortable, spacious and unique. It was charming and well accessorized, the room didn't have the cookie cutter appearance of a typical motel room. It is a pleasnt space, an entry room with seating and mini fridge and coffeemaker, that lead to the bed room with a closet and a bathroom to the side, a small apartment.

The ceiling fan could use a dusting and a fresh bulb or two, and the main entry key pad was a little hard to recognize in the dark, having said that all was in good order and clean.

Two suites (we were in the Badlands one) on the second floor above the Cheltenham General Store, built in 1865. Large sitting room with fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Period decorated bedroom with a comfortable king size bed, and en-suite (shower only). Very quiet. Reasonable selection of TV channels and a high quality set. Easy access via keypad. Very fast wi-fi.

Be careful in the shower - the floor is slippery. We put down a small towel — problem solved.

The location was great and it was easy to access when we got there. We asked for an early arrival time and it was granted. The place was clean and had lots of charm. The TV was working and the coffee was ready to be brewed. All was well.

That I couldn't stay longer. The weather was perfect and the leaves were in full autumn colour. The cafe downstairs served a delicious breakfast and we enjoyed the stay. There was nothing not to like.

We stayed for one night before flying home, rather than at a hotel near the airport. The room was clean and very roomy, with a large comfortable bed and a well equipped bathroom. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Rather than going out to eat, we ordered a sandwich from the general store downstairs, it was excellent. We also had coffee and breakfast there the next morning, much better priced and tastier than airport food. I would definitely stay here again.

The window air conditioner needs to be cleaned, they collect alot of dust. However, this is not unusual, they seem to be ignored in every type of accommodation we stay in.

It was a beautiful building with clean and comfortable amenities with beautiful grounds. The general store located below has delicious sandwiches, fresh coffee and ice cream!

It would be more convenient if it was closer to more food options but it’s just a quick drive for more options.

Quiet location, comfortable bed. The neighborhood was quite pretty, out in the countryside.

Difficult to pull out of parking spaces, could not see oncoming traffic

Large room, with a sitting room and big bathroom in a historic 1887 building that still hosts a General Store. Enjoyed both breakfast and lunch sandwiches prepared by very friendly staff that made time for conversation and to provide history of the area! And a very relaxing backyard has a river flowing through it!

Not a negative for me, because quiet was what I was looking for, but there’s not much else in town.

True country charm to the nines! Immaculate room with a lovely separate sitting area. Nostalgic, heritage and an amazing sleep. Close to many outdoor activities. EBikes are a must! What a thrill to be able to conquer the trails again as our knees and backs finally fail us from completing those traditional walks. Caledon Railway Trail within minutes of the Suites. Historical sites, Heritage Farm tours, country food options and antiquing all under 15 minutes away by car. A true outdoors lover's dream location. And, we reached south Mississauga within 30 minutes. Direct routes into all nearby cities.

This was not a dislike for us, but worth mentioning to set the proper expectation. It is a heritage home. Soundproofing was not considered back in the day. When in the sitting room, you can hear anyone in the room next door. We opted to shut the sitting room door at bedtime, and heard no further chatter at all.
