Newton Villa is very nice and clean. There are plenty of parking and the staff, Abba, is very courteous. She showed me how to fetch hot water and made accommodation for my dietary need (Gluten-Free). The breakfast had good variety including eggs, fruits, cereal and pastries. The shared facilities like dining room, sitting room, gym, office, and laundry room are great. My room is quiet. Newton Villa is a very large house on a big plot of land in a nice residential area so it is very quiet.

On the other hand the location is quite remote. Surprisingly Brampton is a very large suburb and it took a lot of driving time to get to the other side of Brampton. Another thing is the door of my room required strong force to shut and I was worried that the sound might disturb my neighbors.

We loved how quiet and peaceful our stay was. The bed and pillow and sheets were super comfortable. The bottled water, mini frig and oodles of wooden hangers were greatly appreciated. We slept with the balcony door open, which kept the room from becoming stuffy. The magnetic screen door to the small outdoor balcony was easy to use. The toilet paper was plush, strong and thick.

The first thing we were asked to do at checkin was to give a $200 room deposit, that was refundable after your stay if your room was perfect. Not the best first impression to make on the customer! Could provide chairs or folding chairs to use to sit upon on the outside balcony. Need a nightlight in the bathroom. No complimentary cookie or chocolate on your bedside. The tv did not automatically turn to cable ……but fortunately we found an employee who helped us get it working. Could provide a docking center with lots of spots for recharging electronic items. Need to provide black washcloths with the wood “makeup” stitched on it so your guests have something to use!

It’s a nice place located in a affluent area. (I suppose the Villa was a private house before). As it’s October, we didn’t use the swimming pool, but for sure in Summer it’s very nice because they have a very big garden too.

It would be useful to have a big central light in the room, not only the two little ones at the bed sight. There are no closet or drawers to put your clothes, just a couple of hangers which are not sufficient. The breakfast could include some juices

Nice property. Lovely welcome by Rob who showed us to our room & helped with our bags. Room was great, comfy bed & lovely soft bedding, good shower. Nice little balcony overlooking pool. Buffet breakfast was good, totally self service with lots of choice & really nice proper coffee. Met Aba in the morning, who is a lovely warm character & we were able to relax in the lounge after our check out time which was a nice extra benefit. We chose the Villa because it wasn't too far from the city centre & close to Canadream hire depot.We called an uber in the morning to the campervan/RV depot & it arrived in 2 minutes, being avaliable so quick surprised us as it felt like it was a more rural setting, so perfect.

The rooms are lively and spacious and quiet. The common area is also vey nice. There are stairs but they were helpful with luggage. The pool and outdoor areas along with the porch are lovely

Don’t let the entry way discourage you. It’s a high traffic area but the facility is immaculate!!

Aba, is the most welcoming and accommodating woman. Honestly, i felt like I was on relaxing trip the moment I walked through the door. The rooms are cozy, unique and oh so comfortable! The building and grounds are impeccably gorgeous. I was in town for a family emergency and I ended up staying an extra night just because the vibe is so soothing. I will stay here every time I'm in town. Thank you!!!

Our Air Canada flight from Vancouver was delayed and we did not arrive until 12:30am but the lovely host still checked us in to a lovely bedroom after hours. She went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service to weary travellers and it is very much appreciated. Thank you

Breakfast was amazing!! Bed was so comfortable!! Our host, Aba, was delightful!! Location was great!! Property was beautiful!!

Please get a non-slip mat for the bathtub and a little bigger soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Staff was lovely, we arrived later in the evening but were welcomed with their patient ant thorough hospitality. Let me do my work in the dining room the next morning, which had a nice view.
