The staff were wonderfully kind and helpful. The room, lobby and restaurant were very clean, pleasant and comfortable. The location is very handy, (while not terribly pretty, in a parking lot behind restaurants and a gas station) but the interior of the hotel and rooms were attractive.

Staff at check-in and check-out were phenomenal. Very polite! I really enjoyed chatting with both of them. I also appreciate how your hotel accepts both debit AND credit cards! As well, the damage deposit is only 20%, rather than the $100-$200 most hotels ask for. The hotel also offers a gym and laundry facilities. At the check-in desk, there is a wall of snacks, some frozen dinners and drinks for purchase. In the parking lot, you will find a gas station, McDonalds and Tim Hortons. Very convenient location, and close to major roadways to get downtown Toronto. An Uber to Budweiser Stage was only half an hour!

The hotel is very central,situated next to a long avenue. To go into down town was very easy as well as going to the airport. The rooms are big and comfy. Bathroom very nice with a good shower and plenty of hot water. The staff was very friendly, especially a staff member, she is called Kinishia, who works during breakfast hour. Very good indeed. So in all I would recommend this hotel.

The Boston Pizza located within the Hotel had slow service. No one to answer phones. Two individuals identified. One Bartender and a Greeter. No identified service people. It was not busy at the time.

Lean modern rooms high quality TV. Easy to use. Check in was quick and easy. Exercise room had good equipment to use.

Hard to see from Steeles Avenue. Had to circle around to get there. Missed having a complimentary breakfast that many hotels provide.

Bed a bit uncomfortable. The AC only has auto or off option if you set the temperature higher then what it is at the moment in summer, the ac unit fan doesn’t stop but start blowing hot air .

Easy to find, close to fast food service if late night check in.

Breakfast was stated as complimentary in the booking but I had to pay for breakfast.

Stylish and easy to find. Restaurant wasn't open, shares a parking lot with several restaurants, including Tim Horton's and McDonald's. Several other restaurants are within walking distance.

On the night I was there, at least one, possibly two, school trips/teams MP 2

comfortable room, especially for someone who wants to work.

The location is brutal (but the whole town is…), in the middle of nowhere, with the usual nowhere landmarks (McDonalds, Tim Horton, etc.).

I liked how close McDonald’s and Tim Horton’s are located. Also a gas station is right next to it. For sure I will stay again if I happen to travel there again.
