Most of the one that I put smiley on the first page of this survey ( facilities, cleanliness, super friendly staff, location, value. ) big space of the unit itself actually helps a lot to move around with not bumping of each person nor the furnitures.

One room or unit on 3rd floor was playing loud music around 11pm onwards and their door was bit open and their trash can bin was outside their door, cause it was an odd looking thru the hall. I hope there is no playing loud music when it hits at least 9pm for everyone to comfortably relax and sleep asound as most of everyone came from a drive far or had a tiring event they attended to. Or at least they lowered their music for not everyone to hear outside the hall or someone’s wall.

Impeccably clean. Huge two bedroom apartment with kitchen for a price cheaper than a standard hotel room. Staff were friendly and let us check in slightly early. Free parking. The location was only 15 minutes down leafy country roads to our wedding event venue, The Manor. Easy to get an Uber as well, each time it took less than 10 mins. Comfy beds. Windows had trees right outside with blue jays chirping on the branches. Excellent water pressure and temperature in the shower. Basic bathroom stuff included like soap, body lotion, shampoo, towels. For the price, I was expecting the standards of a typical college residence, but it was far better.

A/C turned on automatically even after we turned it off, and it was a chilly sixteen degrees. Fine under the covers but still, too cold to have that be the default.

A perfect short stay location to acclimatize after a long flight to Toronto. We were heading north so this was an ideal place to stop for an evening. University campus location. Easy parking. Nice space for a walk around the grounds. Restaurants within 5 mins drive. We had a two bed appartment with basic kitchen. Super good value. We made good use of the games room with table tennis, pool and table football.

The beds weren't the most comfortable in the world, but overall it was an excellent value location. If you want to play table tennis, might be best to bring your own bats and balls.

For the price it was fantastic and 100% would stay again, there is a large games room, a kitchen and laundry room guests can use. The games room is open 24/7 too! The bathroom is very nice and clean.

The room was very cold (which wasn’t horrible since it was hot outside) but even changing the temperature didn’t make much of a difference. We also had silverfish in our room and an earwig. Also the tvs are very small (monitor size)

This is the second time we have stayed here and highly recommend it. The rooms are a good size with 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom and a kitchen with a full-size fridge and a microwave. The rooms are clean, and all linens are provided. Staff are friendly and accommodating. There is a games room and a little movie room. We all had a wonderful time and will definitely return!

It would be an added bonus if they one day acquired a pool or had an affiliation with a local community pool.

This is basically a student residence at Seneca College. It's clean and it's got everything that you'd need--including a proper reception desk. However, don't expect pots and pans and cutlery and such, because they offer exactly what they'd offer to a new student moving in. Despite the lack of breakfast at this place, I'd say that the place offers exceptional value and will definitely return if I have such need again.

The rooms are spacious and facilities on site for cooking full meals or quick meals in the room. The beds are so comfortable that after last years stay I reached out to find out what beds they have and purchased one for myself at home (I have back issues)

Nothing its great

Room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The full fridge, microwave and kitchenette in the room were great for making meals. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Anything I needed for the room (extra towels, cups, etc.) were provided right away. Enjoyed watching a movie in the mini movie theatre on site and cooking on the patio bbq. Laundry facilities were good as well. Was close to Wonderland, which we visited during our stay. Would definitely return if I was in the area!

Love that there is plenty of room in the bedrooms and the kitchenette is great for a family.

The lack of a sitting area doesn't lend itself to a family getting together, but if you don't care about that, then it is just fine. There's no cable reception for the televisions.

Loved this place .great value. Quiet. Clean. What’s not to like. If you are looking for a five star stay, try an expensive hotel but if you want a great place to base yourself for Toronto and surrounding area , stay here
