The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, I'm sorry didn't take their names to mention. The room was clean and in very good shape. Easy access from parking and to the rooms. The pool area is not big but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good, with a good variety. When traveling with little kids it's always a must that breakfast is included!

The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable.. The breakfast selection was good. The coffee was surprisingly good. The staff were helpful and attentive.

I couldn't use the feather pillows. Initially, the TV didn't work. But the man at the front desk solved that problem quickly. I was surprised that, besides the bed, there was no place to sit.

The location worked because of the proximity of where I needed to be. The hot breakfasts were amazing and so were the dining room staff.

When I asked for a restaurant recommendation, I was pointed to the Chinese restaurants across the street. Did you know that there's a restaurant district close by? Yes, about an eight-minute walk away. That information should be available at check-in but my impression was that the desk person wasn't interested in providing complete information. Not a welcoming fellow.

Breakfast (always my favourite) was excellent - lot of good choices. Reception (and the staff, in general), made us felt very welcomed and our stay appreciated. Easy access to the location - very close to Hwy 7 and Leslie Street. Clean and comfort room.

On our arrival (late in the night), we were offered coffee or tea. However, the coffee was cold and there was no hot water for the tea.

Friendly staff for sure. The light switches are not very user friendly, hard to turn things on and off. We have a Delux suite, yet it doesn't feel delux! The sofa bed, which is one of the beds as described when booking, feels aweful! It seriously need an upgrade, because I paid a lot to make sure we have two beds. Cleanliness also needs work from the lobby, elevators and floors of the room. Bedding also needs some work. May be some hypoallergenic fabric softener that provide some clean scent.......

As mentioned above, what need attentions are cleaning, bedding and light switch. The TV is also dated. Smart TV is a neccessity .

The toiletries were not filled with new ones when we entered the room. They should have provided extra rolls and tissue paper if housekeeping had no time to do it. It was too late for us to request for more as we usually arrive so late or leave early and were not comfortable letting housekeeping in with all our stuff in the room. No disposable slippers were provided.

I like the staff members being very supportive and accomodating the late check out request. The room upgrade and the bathtub with a hot water - 😍 I love a complimentary breakfast. The cinnamon scrolls were so yummy. I like a bus stop to City across a road.

No tea bags in the room, no cookies, everything is super basic, no cafe or restaurant or bar on site.

The best part was how big the room was. We had 5 people in our room and we were surprised how roomy it was! And there was the pull out couch so plenty of room for everyone to sleep

We did not love the breakfast, the selection was good but we didn’t really care for the food.

The breakfast had a nice variety and their pancake machine made EXCELLENT pancakes. The ac was super powerful which was great with the temperature in the 30s. The bed was comfortable and clean and we got extra pillows when we asked. The size of the room was great and the shower was amazing. Everything was very clean. This hotel is also close to a GO train station (a few minutes by car) which made going to downtown Toronto pretty easy.

There didn't seem to be ac outside the rooms and lobby so the hallways and elevators got really hot. Also one of the elevators was broken which left a single elevator for everyone trying to get to their rooms. It's a very tall and not very wide/long building so the elevator is a must for almost everyone (10 floors total). The pool was surprisingly small and shallow. Also it had some dirt and a clump of hair or two which wasn't super but also not so bad that we couldn't swim anyway.

Front office staffs are friendly. Breakfast is great, as for us we are not a heavy eater in the morning. Warm atmosphere and clean.

The shower, when you showering the water from the shower run out to the floor next to sink floor, due to no tub. We have to add two bath towels on the floor to stop the water.
