The room was a nice size, well appointed and clean. The A/C worked well and was quiet. The staff were polite and helpful. The location was good, close to highways and within walking distance to several restaurants.

Breakfast needs improvement! I had a bagel with cream cheese and it was terrible especially the cream cheese was off and left a terrible taste in my mouth. My spouse had a muffin and it was equally terrible. The prices for the breakfast menu were over priced and not a lot of options. After that we ate outside of the hotel for every meal. Having the basic needs of water available to guests for free would be a big improvement especially on hot summer days. Having to pay 3.50 for a regular bottle of water is ridiculous. That is way over priced. I also didn't like that there was no safe in the room.

Comparing with my last stay and other hotels, one thing I don’t like about is missing the body lotion or hand lotion. I think paying the same price but they offering you cheaper services.

Location of the hotel was perfect for my travel plans. Size of the room was spacious enough for the four of us. Beddings and bathroom were clean. The mattress of the bed as well as the sofa bed were comfortable.

One of the two elevators had been out of service for maintenance throughout our stay, making the wait time a bit long most of the time.

The staff were wonderful! Very helpful and friendly. It was pretty clean and good heat/air control for the room. Quiet.

The showerhead was too small and could use a bit more pressure! Pillows were too soft IMO. Did not see WiFi PW info in the room or with the key cards

Elevator being fixed and then this week both elevators off for a couple of hours. I traveled with my 90 yr old father, so that was a major inconvenience. He had to use the stairs, which was very, very hard. Let guests know when booking of maintenance work. Starbucks coffee was written, but it tasted nothing like Starbucks

Indoor Swimming pool. TV had Netflix and Amazon to stream/cast. Location was central to many dining options. Plentiful of parking spaces. Friendly and courteous staff. Comfortable beds.

The room was a good size and bed was very comfortable. Good shower and bathroom set up. I liked that they could make a latte in the bistro

I would have liked a microwave in the room. I would have liked more food choices in the Bistro.

The breakfast menu was only till 9am on weekdays, so we weren't able to get breakfast if we woke up at 10am. There isn't much variety in the breakfast. Maybe having beans available or hash browns would be nice.

The property is very clean, the rooms were very modern and in style! There was a little canteen that was well stocked. A bit over priced but over all it was still good to have. The pool is nice! The area is very clean and the water is just perfect.

Bistro served me Caesar salad with way too much dressing. Sent it back and received same thing a second time. Menu was limited, wine was too expensive. Elevators were slow. The front desk requested $20 deposit for the broken umbrella they gave me.
