The building is in good condition, with a few spots showing its age. The rooms are spacious and bright, with a walk-in shower and good bathing products. The breakfast is good by North American standards. But the highlight is the service, the staff is awesome, as a rarely found here in Canada. I believe that the international staff contributes to a better customer service in this case.

The cleaning is ok but not great. The hallways should be vacuumed more often. I stayed close to the elevator so it can be a little too noisy, not only because of people traffic but the elevator itself. But this is valid for every hotel. The parking is paid, but I think it could be included in the price.

The location was ideal - close to major highways and restaurants. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The pool is popular, the weight room is well equipped. The delicious breakfast covered all the bases - egg and sausage, oatmeal, fruit, juice, coffee, waffles and toast. Any questions we had were answered politely and promptly (almost all). I would definitely stay here again.

A minor hiccup, in the grander perspective of a great stay. We asked for an extra blanket for the sofa bed but it never arrived. We did observe the housekeeping staff earlier in the evening keeping busy to stay on top of the needs of guests. When we tried to contact front desk after 10pm, no one answered the phone.

I liked the staff ,very polite and especially Jason at the front desk very helpfull and friendlly. Also Deep at the breakfast team was friendly and helpfull. The people made our staying memorable, thank you guys. Also the housekeeping lady helped my wife when she was in a hurry and forgot her key card. The kitchen and office facilities were very usefull.

The only thing I didn't like was the noise that the refrigerator was making during the night , it was a bit annoying.

1. The location of the hotel is great. Easily accessible off the highway. 2. The breakfast options were decent and the location on the 14th floor was convenient. However, the breakfast area was very crowded. It would be helpful to have extended time for breakfast. 3. The front desk staff were very helpful in resolving an issue with the booking dates. The staff everywhere in the hotel were friendly and supportive.

1. We had made a request through Booking.com which was acknowledged by the hotel communications team. However, the changed dates were not reflected in the hotel system. This led to a lot of confusion during check-in. Although the front desk staff were helpful in resolving this, it led to some unnecessary stress for everyone. 2. The pool was closed due to unspecified reason on day 1 of our stay and we had planned for that to be our family pool day. That led to some inconvenience and threw a spanner in our plans. 3. The hotel provides bottles of drinking water that have to be obtained from the front desk though. I would request them to deliver the bottles to the rooms.

Super clean, super comfortable, kind and helpful staff. Kitchinette is more of a full on kitchen! With dishwasher, full sized fridge, stove top, pots, pans, plates, peeler, you name it! Breakfast included and a beautiful view too! And all for an affordable price. What's not to like?

It is a 30 minute drive to downtown without traffic. So a car is needed. But I think this is pretty good distance given the price and that it's Toronto.

The staff at breakfast was excellent. I didn't get his name; but he was on July 4th morning shift. He went an extra mile to get us fruits that we asked for, constantly clearing our plates & utensils. The front desk staffs were helpful. The cleaning staff was efficient.

The common area like the corridors, the room are pretty dated. Need some freshing up, especially the walls

Easy access to amenities and the staff were very helpful and polite. The room essentially has a full kitchen with utensils, cookware, etc. The wifi is reliable with pretty good speeds, an ethernet port is available as well.

For the size of the fitness room, the space could be utilized better with more equipment. The TV in my room kept turning off after an hour or 2 and I would have have to unplug it to "reset" it for it to be able to turn back on.

The breakfast bar was lovely, with different options every morning. The kids enjoyed the pool.

We had four people staying in our room and we didn't get enough towels or pillows we called down to the front desk for extra but we were there for a week and when the maid came to clean the room she would take the extra ones.

The staff serving breakfast was amazing. The breakfast selection was satisfactory. Halal choices must to be included as well. During peak hours, they ought to add another waffle machine

They ought to think about illuminating the rooms more. Additionally, double-occupancy rooms ought to have greater space. They should add halal option to their menu.

This property had every amenity that we could imagine: kitchenware, utensils, toiletries, etc. Anything that the room didn’t have was only a call away. Also, the staff ensured that anyone placing a delivery order must consent to the delivery person traveling beyond the lobby. The staff ensures that all residents were safe and that made the stay that much more comfortable.

A few outlets in the room weren’t functional, specifically the ones at the bedsides. However, there were well over 10+ outlets in the room, so all electronics were easily charged.
