Very comfortable, great value for my stay for my birthday

I played music and ppl complained and it wasn’t loud, also the room air was dry very stuffy.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, check in/ out was nice and easy, the location of hotel was perfect for what we needed, Beds were comfortable.

The pillows were flat, our curtains were barley hanging on to the wall, carpets we stained throughout the hotel (just made it feel dirty walking down the hall) upon entering our room there was a couple hairs in the bathroom(in the tub and on the floor) half our outlets didn’t work so we were all fighting over the couple that did work to charge our phones and stuff.

Don’t expect too much when it’s not really 5 Star Hotel. Not bad for the price, wanted to stay another night but the price fluctuates higher on Friday so I didn’t bother. If you’re just looking for a place to stay for peace of mind, it’s a nice getaway (it’s not luxurious but it’s comfortable. Didn’t use the pool or sauna even though no one was there.

The 33' by 66' two meter deep pool was 82° and great for swimming lengths for an hour. The Hot whirlpool Spa was 103° and the Sauna was over 80° and sat on my towel while wringing out my bathing suit. The Park in restaurant had delicious Chicken wraps. The shower was comfortable even with three washing up. The Queen beds were plush Sealy Posterpedic. Two pillows for each bed were soft. View of the 6 floor building complex is exciting watching all the Hard working trades show awesome skill sets.

The Staff were so friendly and efficient. The Location is close to all major Highways. The room was cleaner and safer than Ever. Thank you very much from the bottom of my Heart 💕💕💕

Cleanliness of the room, internet very good, swimming pool and gym.

Some facilities in the room are broken, noise in the hallway at night, the restaurant is closed as opposed to advertised that breakfast is included.

The staff of the hotel were very nice. The room was also clean but the corridor of the hotel was not that clean! I saw the add that breakfast cost 15 CAD but when we used the restaurant they charged us double.

The hotel has changed me double and I haven’t receive my money back. I have contacted the hotel they said we will send your money back within 5 business days. It’s now 6 business days I haven’t receive my money back.

the beds were comfy. the pool was fantastic. the hotel was clean.

the hot tub was cold. the reason we booked was pool and hot tub. the stairs to pool railing not secure very dangerous. in the add for the restaurant it says open for breakfast lunch and supper. my wife is diabetic and needed some food we arrived at hotel shortly after 2 and restaurant on site was closed.from 2 to 5. the counter lady didnt seem to know were any restaurants were. the location is on the outskirts and nothing around.

Comfortable beds, clean room. The pool and sauna were clean. Housekeeping restocked room for the 2nd day, coffee, clean towels, took away garbage. Front desk staff helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. The value and cleanliness of the room make this spot a hidden gem.

First time guest and was not disappointed. Well appointed rooms, clean and quiet. Sunday night stay, room 357. Well decorated. Loved the ample shower. Comfortable bed and pillows. Front desk very pleasant. In room coffee was superior to others. One night stay did not allow me to experience their other amenities that they offered.

Nothing not to dislike.

Needs to be more clean all the hotel was kind of dirty the carpets, the shower needs to be cleaner was moldy inside. Even is a not smoking hotel still smell like they are people smoking. Customer service was great and friendly
