I had no time to explore or enjoy any of the amenities of the hotel as we arrived late and left at 6:00 am for the Toronto marathon. Hotel looks nice from what i could see. Made getting to race easy.

access to marathon location in Toronto was nice and easy, room was nice but lighting was very poor. energy savings did not help with ability to see properly in the room

I called to ask adjoining rooms. She said that would not likely be possible but that she would get us rooms next to each other or close by. When we checked in, we were not close by or even in the same part of the hotel, but the person checking us in noticed that we wanted that and worked to switch things around to make it work. We greatly apreciated that. Also loved that it had indoor parking!!!!

All good. Would stay here again.

Within recent few years the hospitality industry went through the transformation and it became a challenge to find a hotel with good service. So it became a pleasant surprise when we were greeted at the front desk in very professional manner. Vitalina, a front desk representative, was friendly, personal, efficient and welcoming. The hotel was clean, the room was specious, and the location was also very convenient.

I liked the friendliness of the staff. The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. When we asked for a second chair late in the evening, it was delivered instantly. The waiter Anton made everyone in the restaurant feel special and welcome.

As a European, I have trouble with Canadian food, which is not the hotel's fault. Especially the lack of fresh fruit (except for the standardized hard melon cubes) and vegetables as well as the huge amount of salt, sugar and artificial flavors were troublesome for someone who mostly eats fresh and organic food at home.

The location is well located in north Toronto near Hwy 7 and 407. There are several restaurants and shopping nearby, even walkable. The hotel was clean, the suites spacious and very reasonably priced.

Front staff was a bit confused but other than that, all great.

This hotel was conveniently located near the event venue that my sister and I where attending. It was very clean. Front desk staff were exceptional. Upon checking in then front desk attendant was able to make taxi arrangements for us, which was very nice. Exceptional customer service at the front desk, bar and restaurant. Rooms comfortable and nice beds. Huge walk in shower. I will stay again and will highly recommend.

You get hit with cold water when you turn on shower. Other than that nothing.

Good location, restaurants in area, there is an upgraded tower and an older one, we stayed in older one and it was good, clean, did not feel dated. Starbucks in lobby. Staff friendly and accommodating. Indoor Pool was working too,

Hotel caters to sports teams so it was a busy lobby with parents-and kids who were just hanging out when we checked in, very loud. We were able to get a room on another floor and it was very sound proof. No parking in front as it is a busy mall but private parking in the back, safe for your vehicle.

Location was perfect for the family event we were attending. Enjoyed the lobby that was open to the bar on one side and coffee shop on opposite side… plenty of space for people to gather. Lovely shower. No other area to blow dry our hair besides the bathroom… not ideal when other person is in the shower.

Had to call down for toilet paper. Not enough towels; we showered upon arrival ( 6 h car trip) and next morning. Only 1 facecloth. We attempted to lower temperature in room, as it was warm…but were not able to. A black bug crawled across the bathroom floor. Eww.

Clean facility, with smiling friendly staff. Room was very clean and crisp. Lots of parking, easy place to find. Close to many restaurants, but the luncheon provided by in house catering was well done. Good value for the money spent

I have nothing bad to say. My travel needs are basic, and this facility met and exceeded my expectations. Not a fan of Starbucks but I did notice it was quite busy. So even it must be good.

The room was a good size with very comfortable beds . The staff was very friendly and helpful. The gym was a good size with good equipment. We also really enjoyed the pool and having access to the racket club.

The on site restaurant was ok, the staff were friendly. However the price point was a little high for what we had which was breakfast, especially when there are less expensive but just as good. Nice to have was the Starbucks on site for a quick coffee!
