The deluxe, dormitory-style two-bedroom unit features clean, minimal, and simple furnishings. The bathrooms, equipped with shower stalls and fresh towels, were spotless and well-lit. The beds were comfortable, with somewhat firm mattresses and blackout blinds. All the basic appliances were relatively new, including televisions in each bedroom, though I did not use them during my stay. Conveniently, there is a Subway restaurant and a mini-grocery mart downstairs near the reception area, where security personnel are also present.

There was some early morning construction noise from ongoing work within the campus area. Although this was beyond the property's control, the presence of numerous cell phone towers nearby was somewhat unsettling. While the location was not very close to amenities or restaurants, it was still easily accessible by public transportation, car rental, or taxi.

All the staff are great and helpful specially the night stuff

The admin or supeevisor of the cleaning dept couod use a customer service training. We ask to borrow a vacuum the front staff were great but they had to aks for pemrissiom from the supervisor .The supervisor was very dismissive, did not even addressed us we were infront of her just told the front staff we can use it she then went inside. I asked the front staff if they can ask again , i was persistent. The font staff eventually said that yes we can use it. The front staff were really great.

What I liked: - The 2-bedroom unit was very clean and well-maintained. - Beds were extremely comfortable – we had a great sleep every night. - Each bedroom had its own TV, which added to the comfort. - Fresh towels were provided. - The unit included a refrigerator. - A Subway restaurant and a small market are located right in the building – very convenient! - Free covered parking was provided for the entire duration of our stay – a big plus in Toronto. - The building felt very secure, with good access control. - Location worked well for us since we had a car. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would stay again. It’s a great option for comfort, security, and value!

No plates or glasses were provided in the unit. Shampoo and shower gel were low in quality (but they were fully stocked). Although there was a note saying a kettle could be provided on request, we were told there weren’t any available.

On college campus, apartment-style room, simple, spacious, kitchenette with microwave, sink, large fridge with a table and two chairs, tv in each bedroom, comfortable bed and pillows, good light-blocking blinds, large convenience store/mini grocery and Subway restaurant on premises

Fan and light in the bathroom on the same switch, hot water took a while, night table beside bed would be useful, bathroom sink a bit small for the size of the counter, no kettle/coffee maker, cook top, dish towel, utensils or dishes in the kitchenette

The room is clean and in a good size, with a shared kitchen and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have a double-bed, a desk, and a cable TV. The kitchen has a fridge, a sink, and a microwave.

I don't like no house keeping service provided, e.g. refill the toilet paper and clean towels. We stayed there 3 nights, no house keeping. I think cleaning every other day will be great. The air conditioning system was not working for 2 nights, which was very inconvenient for us, but I guess that was a separate incident.

We really like this hotel very much! It’s the center of where we were going! Easy 35-40 mins to downtown even during rush hour and the construction! Close to a lot of amenities only 5 mins drive away. Staff are so nice and helpful! Very clean suite! It felt like I just got out of the shower! I’m allergic to dust so it was a gold when we stayed at this hotel way better than when we stayed at marriot or Hilton! The fridge is a regular size fridge! It’s good bec we bought some food and drinks to take to the hotel and we just simply put them in for the next day when we couldn’t finished them! Like the fact that each room has a tv in it! My kids watched their own shows and I watched my own! Netflix is easy accessible as we have our own subscription. Parking is good and indoor! I can see us coming Back to this hotel and Everytime we come to TO!

The only cons about this hotel is the lacking of kitchen stuff! We had to make sure we grabbed napkins and plates and sporks and cups when we buy food bec the hotel doesn’t have them! At least have few in each suite!

There is a Subway in the building so we could have a good breakfast. There is also a convenience store to buy some food that you can prepare in the microwave oven. The staff was very helpful. Free parking is a bonus. The apartment is spacious, the beds are clean and comfortable. We wanted to be in a quiet place so that we could rest after a long day, and this was just like that. The apartment is well equipped, there was a fridge and oven as well. Very good value for the price.

There was a strange smell lingering in the room and it didn't went away however long we left the windows open. It might have come from the fitted carpet, I don't know for sure, because otherwise the whole place was very clean. It is a bit far from the downtown area, but we rented a car and had to drive a lot anyway.

Nice accommodation for some days, absolutely clean, confortable and really convenient. We were in 3 (mom, dad and 15 yrs old son) and we got a mini flat composed by 2 bedrooms, and a kitchen with a table, perfect to have breakfast. There are also a market and a Subway, open till late, inside, at the first floor. Parking is easy and included.

THIS IS NOT NEGATIVE BUT IT'S IMPORTANT TO KNOW. The student Residence is quit far from Toronto, at least 50 minutes, not so quickly to reach by public transports, better by car as we did. In the city, there are parking places at low prices - 10-15 us dollar for a day - so we decided that was a interesting solution sleeping in Seneca and then staying all day in Toronto from morning till late evening (so only 2 trips). Not a smart solution to be directly downtown for a short visit.

We paid a fair price for the room. Nothing luxurious about it. But we were there for a concert and all we really needed was a bed and a place to shower. We got that. The bed (a double) was comfortable enough.

When booking i looked for a room for 5 adults. This property came up and we booked it. Luckily only 3 of us came to the event. The beds were doubles and there wasn't a couch. Just a small kitchenette with 2 chairs. Would have been difficult to accommodate 5 adults.

Stayed in a suite and it was very comfortable and fit with refrigerator and microwave. Each bedroom had its own TV and bed which was nice. Convenience store was very handy to have around if you needed to get anything.

Location was a bit of a challenge. No restaurants or other amenities are really in walking distance so you have to either rent a car or use taxi/Uber to get anywhere.
