The room was very spacious with a fabulous walk in shower plus a bathtub. We had breakfast in the restaurant and the service was exceptional. The menu provided us with several options and every selection was prepared and presented well. I really liked the coffee! A family of deer greeted us every morning at breakfast. The hotel is located near several restaurants and malls are not far away. The location was ideal for our visit to the Botanical Gardens. Most importantly, I should mention that the hotel provides handicap spaces located very close to the front door. Looking forward to our next visit.

The hotel is very beautiful, I was surprised by how luxurious the lobby feels. Very friendly staff. The room was very clean. Great location, I liked being right outside of the city and it’s a very easy drive to get there from the hotel. There’s also great local food options around the hotel if you don’t want to eat in the city all the time. The pool was very nice.

The elevators were a pain. At one point there was only one in service so it took forever for us to finally make it down to the lobby. Also, the bed was very loud. I move a lot in my sleep, and every little movement would make the bed creek, and sometimes it kept me out. And my only other complaint is the walls seem to be very thin because we could hear loud snores from the room next to us, as well as people talking.

Exceptional Service: The staff were incredibly attentive and made everyone feel welcomed. They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding weekend ran smoothly. Beautiful Facilities: The rooms were spacious, clean, and stylish — perfect for relaxing before and after the big day. Convenient Location: It was close to the wedding venue, which made transportation easy for all our guests. Great Amenities: The hotel offered nice extras like a welcome lounge, breakfast buffet, and even a spa — great for pre-wedding relaxation. Personal Touches: They provided thoughtful details like welcome signage, room upgrades for the couple, and even helped us with last-minute coordination. Group Coordination: They were organized when managing our room block and ensured everyone in our group was well taken care of. Parking: Great easy access

The room and furnishings were amazing.

When we woke the first morning, there was tea, but no coffee. I called the front desk at 7 AM requesting coffee. "No problem! We'll send four packets right away!" 45 minutes later, my wife called the front desk. "No problem! Right away. Our apologies." At 8 AM... one full hour after my first request, two (not four) packets were delivered to our room. Had we been there on business, we would have attended meetings without coffee. I would recommend this hotel to anyone... but with the caveat, that be sure you have everything you will need in the morning. Don't assume that they can't mess up what a $75.00 motel does effortlessly or that they are capable of fixing their own mistakes in less than an hour.

I stayed during the summer season, and the price is quite reasonable given the amenities. I received a free room upgrade from Booking.com; the room is really spacious, and the bed is quite comfy. They also have a tennis court where you may play throughout the day. The whole atmosphere is extremely homey, and I would love to stay again if I return to Toronto.

The lift is a little slow, and we did get stuck inside once. Including breakfast as an option would also be excellent, though I'm not sure if this is standard in all hotels in Canada. A bit far from downtown, like 54 minutes, but it is accessible via train and bus.

Location was easily central for traveling short distances. Quality of amenities was very high. The views from a higher floor are lovely. Downstairs restaurant had good quality food and great service; tables were always available. Elevator trips, especially staying on a higher floor, were surprisingly quick. In-room TV programming and access to Netflix was nice. The bathroom was beautiful and brightly lit, provided bathroom products were good quality. Hot water is available in the bathroom faucets instantly. Shower pressure is excellent, love the rain showerhead + hand nozzle combo. The convenience store downstairs was very useful to us for odds and ends. Our room had an insulating door between the entrance and bathroom, which made for excellent sound dampening from the hall.

The bed sleeps pretty hot-- I'm from a warm place, so I'm not used to sleeping with insulating bedding. The bed was otherwise very comfortable. The sound of the HVAC kicking on sounds the same as the door unlatching, which woke us up a few times until we got used to it. Once I was asleep, I was dead to the world. Quality of sleep B+

The room was very big, including the bed! It was a corner unit with a small but functional balcony. Bed and pillows were amazingly comfy. You are provided 2 water bottles, and there is a hidden fridge in the entry under the coffee/tea maker (all provided) Just incase you forgot something your also provided with mini shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and a body bar and face bar for soap. They smell terrific! In the hall closet there is also a safe on the shelf incase it is needed. Along with the typical closet accessories (hangers, iron & board) I'm assuming the couch pulls out into a bed (as there is TONS of floor space) but be aware it's rock hard to just sit on (found out when putting my shoes on in the morning) In and out privileges for the parking which is monitored & gated

I was given room 409, which is right off the elevator (i didnt hear it at all) but can function as an adjoining room to 408 and 410 so there are 2 connecting doors (one bedside the bed, and one in the entrance hallway, incase thats an issue for some- didn't bother me) A small window to the side of the TV where the drapes didn't work for keeping the sunlight out. I also called for a late checkout, and was told the hotel was fully booked and it would not be possible (on a Sunday morning) Parking is to the right before the hotel entrance at $20 per night and not covered (thinking not great come winter, ive stayed eleswhere at $8 and it was a multi level parking garage)

Very attractive lobby and surrounding grounds. Property is in a ravine-like setting and we had trees right up to our balcony which is rare in the city. Great location if you want easy access to the Don Valley Parkway or the 401. Ample parking. Many eateries nearby.

A few things not functioning properly in our room such as a light bulb missing and the coffee machine not working properly. Not many towels provided. Not the hotel's fault but one of the nights we were there it was extremely noisy in the hallways and in nearby rooms. Appears large groups book here. It should be made more clear when you're booking a room with a balcony that there are two types of balconies- one that you can just stand on but no way a chair would fit and the other balcony in you could put two chairs and sit in that space.

Room very clean. Breakfast excellent and restaurant staff lovely. Front desk extremely helpful. Small fridge in room great. Comfortable bed and good shower. Grounds surrounding hotel exceptional and the ability to walk or sit outside in greenery was unusual.

Parking is a little confusing. Paying someone oersonally and not on your room charge is strange, but he was very nice. 2 large and 2 small towels but no washcloths in room. Room service did not respond to refresh sign 2 days. Toilet paper holder falling off wall. We reported it so hopefully will be fixed. The "lost and found " system is, like the parking, strange. Seems that someone kept my lost item until someone else told us they had it. Hmmm........

This hotel is quiet and clean, and very comfortable.

That although I phoned/emailed/messaged both Booking.com and the hotel starting June 18 from Cuba to say I needed to cancel one day of my booking my booking and arrive a day later, all I did was get tossed back and forth with no help. And the reservation desk never returned either of the TWO phone messages I left. Further to that when I showed up at the hotel at 4am in the morning after a horrendous flight, the staff took 50 minutes to book me in because apparently the room I had PREPAID weeks before was no longer available and they didn't know what to do. Finally after asking if I could have ANY room they found a place for me to sleep. Your customer service sucks: the hotel tried to blame Booking.com and Booking.com tried to blame the hotel, but no one tried to help me
