We had the pleasure of spending one night on the 9th floor in this beautiful condo at 98 Lillian St. The property is managed by Global Stay. This was my first time using their services. To be totally  transparent; at first, I found their identification system extremely evasive as they requested a selfie of you holding your passport and Drivers license. I have never been asked for a passport AND license. They will not confirm your booking and send you the check-in details until this is done. I quickly got the booking confirmation and all the details from Global Stay; after I paid the $200 security deposit. They provided details of how to access the building and where to park. They are available 24hrs to answer any questions. They offered superior best in class customer service! The condo was extremely clean and had all amenities, including Wi-Fi.  They also gave you access to the gym, sauna, and pool. If I had a condo, I would absolutely use Global Stay to manage it as they were prompt and easy to deal with. I am looking forward to my next Stay with them! KB

The location is very good for visitors to get everything we need. The whole building is new/ re-furnished and the place is decent. We felt safe to go out at night. The management communicated in a timely manner and was able to refund the deposit on time. The unit is exactly what the pictures show. There was a gap between our check-out and the next check-in. The concierge allowed us to stay in the lobby with our luggage for a good while. We were so thankful, considering the snow and I am with seniors.

The single bed in the den is pretty good but the king-sized bed in the master room was too soft to hold body weight as it seems to sink in the middle. A minor drawback is: The water faucet was not functioning properly. It dripped and we just avoided using it.

- Great and clean apartment with all the facilities, corner suit with very large balcony (see view from both sides on the photo) - New and very nice building - Very convenient location with subway and shopping malls around - Quiet neighbourhood, was no noise at night - 2 bathrooms, spacious rooms

- One night out of 3 there was a very loud fire alarm at 5.30am with no real fire in the building. This is unfortunate reality of Toronto condo buildings with short term rent, get used to it. Lived there 5 years.

The apartment itself is very nice and looks like how it looked in the pictures. It is also in a great location.

It was a little confusing trying to find the lockbox, even with the instructions that were sent. I also requested a late checkout before I checked in and again after I checked in, but never received a response. It was like all communication stopped once I checked in... I wish they were as communicative after check-in as they were before. I would've appreciated a response to my question - even if a late checkout was not possible.

Instructions were clear and getting in was easy. Property was larger and nicer than expected, with an en suite in the master bedroom. Good communications with the service provicer.

Key box was a bit hard to find, given the shear number of them.

Great location and comfortable beds. Also very clean.

The room wasn’t ready at check-in (we waited for an hour) and the process to sign in was very tedious. Every adult in our group was asked to submit copies of ID and we didn’t realize parking was extra until a couple of days before.

Just off the main road, and only a few blocks from the Subway.

The mattresses were uncomfortable. The third bed was directly inside the front door. This was not clear to me from pictures/description online

The location was central with lots of amenities nearby. Clean and appears as pictured. Nice shared spaces and gym.

Noticed some minor maintenance issues: a few electrical switches didn't turn on lights, dead outlets; doorknobs and toilet handle were loose (I tightened it).

I loved everything. Even during the reservation process, some unfortunate circumstances occurred and management was so helpful offering solutions to ensure I could reserve which they did not have to.

There was nothing to not like.

Spacious , clean, kitchen was stocked with utensils and coffee.

Constant banging Noise throughout the throughout the days and nights . I reported this situation to Customer service and they didn’t offer any help .
