The hotel is okay, but be aware that they charge a lot of hidden fees, costs, services (and taxes) on your invoice. This amount is more than the taxes indicated by on the Booking application. On checking in they say is a ‘deposit’ but you won’t see it back, and there are so many amounts on the invoice so you will never figure it out (even for 1 night). As a European traveler your are not used to this because - by law - services and taxes are included in the end consumer price (except city tax because that is variable).

The bed was very comfortable! The room was clean. There was ample Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided in the shower and hand soap and lotion at the sink.
I asked for a late check-out (noon). Unfortunately there was an issue with the room key card not working after 11am which prevented us from being able to use the elevator to get to the room on the eighth floor.

The hotel was easily accesible by Train from the airport. It was just a short walk coming out of the subway. The location is also pretty central, with Eaton Centre and Nathan Phillips Square just walking distance away. Check in was fast and straighforward with a very welcoming staff. The view from our room was quite nice since we were on the top floor. It was a skyline of downtown Toronto with the CN tower visible. It lights up nicely at night. The bed was big and really comfty and the room had everything we needed. Water bottles were replenished everyday by housekeeping.
The area outside can get a little rough so we weren't really comfortable going out too late or too early. There was no breakfast included for our room. We also had to ask for an extra pair of room slippers because only one pair of slippers and robe was provided. The price was also a bit more than what was indicated on booking (tax included), but was most likely expected given that this was in downtown Toronto.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. 10/10. Beds were really comfortable - they had both firm and soft pillows on the bed so you had a choice - had never seen that before! I ate in the restaraunt twice for dinner - food was really good for hotel standards. Pool was great with great opening hours. Free water in the room was a lovely touch. Subway right down the road, with an overwhelming choice of restaraunts nearby! Would definitely stay again. I did not try breakfast or use the parking facilities.
The air con was loud. Didn't bother me personally, but might bother light sleepers.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had a fridge, tv, safe, hairdryer. Upon request they brought me a kettle. The receptionist gave me room options and I got to choose a quiet room. The staff were really helpful, kind and polite. The location really suited me, and was right beside a metro and bus stop. It was really quick to get to all the main attractions and in walking distance of good restaurants and bars.
Thankfully my room option didn't include breakfast. I paid for it one morning and I would not have enjoyed this everyday. Skip breakfast option and go to the lovely diner across the road! The gym is very small, as is the pool. It was fine for a quick workout but don't pick this hotel for the gym/pool option. The bathroom was just a little bit too small. Not all the toiletries they have are in the room, you have to request them. This is fine but they should let you know what is available beforehand. The hotel was also very expensive. I'm aware Toronto is an expensive city but I've stayed in tourist hotspot accommodation for half the cost.

After a rocky start at check-in, where I was given four different rooms due to consecutive issues (which the hotel generously made up for), my experience turned out to be very positive. The room had a nice view and was quite comfortable, with two complimentary bottles of water provided daily. The furnishings were practical and helped make the limited space very usable, such as the semi-retractable desk. The breakfast was surprisingly good, featuring fresh strawberries and blueberries every morning, along with quality yogurt and delicious homemade muffins. The staff at the buffet was also very friendly and helpful, and this was true throughout the hotel.
The elevators sometimes take a while to arrive, despite there being six of them, likely due to the hotel’s popularity. In this context, I would suggest somewhat randomizing the check-out times (e.g., assigning some guests a check-out time of 11:15 am, others 11:30 am, etc.) rather than sticking to the current uniform 11 am check-out. This could help reduce long lines, as people—especially on the lower floors—often call elevators, which then become delayed. Many of them are unable to enter because the lifts have already reached full capacity after stopping at several floors higher up.

The hotel is in a great location. Downtown so that everything is reachable either by walking or tram or subway. Being this convenient meant the hotel was super full with guests. So that it was crazy busy in the lobby. The room itself had all you needed.
Can't say there was anything that really bothered me. Probably the speed of the elevators. the Building has too many floors and too little elevators for that, so you heard the groan of all the people crammed in the tiny box as it slowly descended and stop on yet another floor on the way down. But since you've already waited a long time for the elevator to arrive, you'd be dammed to wait longer so you stuff yourself in. - So recommended is for those who want a quick entrance and exit, get a room on a lower floor and use the stairs.

I cannot say enough about the staff at this hotel. The breakfast staff was so attentive, efficient, and pleasant! The gentleman that facilitates any concerns, Eddy, was exceptional. The housekeeping staff was helpful and friendly. As for the facilities, the pool was large and very clean. The breakfast was varied and well stocked. The location was close to many shops and restaurants.
The rooms are very tight, and there is only a small desk to place items on, as the TV is mounted without the usual dresser top. There is a small dresser in a closet. Also, wish there was a tub! These are minor issues.

Have nothing but good things to say about staying here. Staff we're so friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the hotel was in a great location with less than a minute walk to the subway station and Tim Hortons! If I was to ever visit Toronto again, I would absolutely stay here again too😌
There is city hustle and bustle that you can hear from the rooms, but it's obviously unavoidable being in the location. It wasn't bad, and we didn't mind it at all.. just for anyone who might prefer a silent night i thought it should be mentioned.
