Everything was excellent! Location centrally located at Downtown core. Eaton Mall across from Yonge Suites and tons of food places of different kind….too many types of food to list. Trust me when I say you wouldn’t go hungry at this location. The suite had washer and dryer huge plus for long stay, computer and desk,sofa that converts to flat bed and kitchen.

Toronto has excellent public transportation. Right when you exit the suite to the street there’s a subway station and lots of street trains . Parking is expensive and it’s difficult to find parking . So if there’s any downside , it’s Parking!

The location is excellent, a 10 minute walk from Union Station and directly across the road from the huge new shopping centre. Also only about a 15 minute walk from Lawrence Market. The facilities were great, we did a lot of travelling so it was so handy to have a washing machine and dryer and they even provided washing powder and dryer sheets. The staff were outstanding, they couldn’t do enough for us. Extremely friendly, very helpful and went out of their way to do what they could to make our stay an enjoyable one, they even stored our bags for us when we headed off across the country for a few days. Shout out to Andreas and Abhishek, best (and most stylish) front of house managers ever!

The only thing I would change and it is very small but I would have net curtains (or similar) in the bedroom, it was very dark with curtains pulled but alternative was room fully visible with nothing. Only a small thing but some light covering would allow light in but still provide some privacy.

The accommodations were very spacious, clean and well appointed. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating throughout my stay. The location was very convenient for transit, food, shopping, and sightseeing.

I liked everything about the accommodations. I'm adding a note here about the neighbourhood only. Along that portion of Yonge St, as you get closer to Yonge-Dundas Square, expect to see individuals loitering around, possibly engaged in illegal activities (e.g., open drugs use). Some visitors may find that uncomfortable or feel a little unsafe. My home city is very similar, so I felt comfortable as a solo female traveller, and loved the central location. It's also a very busy area with lots of people around at all times of day and night. I was not approached or harassed by anyone. Also, the accommodations had quite a secure entry with two separate locking doors where guests must scan in for entry, security cameras, buzzer and someone at the front reception desk.

We liked everything! The location is unbeatable and the apartment is amazing with everything you need. The staff is so helpful and nice, a special thanks to Sonia who got us checked in and placed in the apartment way before check in time. After our original apartment became unavailable when we landed, it was amazing to find this absolute gem!

We like soft beds, and the upstairs one was a bit hard. That is, however, our personal preference. The water pressure upstairs was kind of bad, but we managed to shower. These are tiny things and we absolutely recommend staying here for an amazing apartment smack downtown.

Excellent Location and Convenient Access** I had a fantastic experience thanks to its central location, which made navigating the area incredibly easy. Whether I was attending scheduled activities or exploring on my own, everything felt effortlessly close. The convenience of nearby amenities—from shopping centers and restaurants to transport links—added so much value to my stay. It's an ideal spot for anyone looking to combine comfort with accessibility.

The suites themselves were generally clean and comfortable, creating a pleasant environment throughout my stay. However, the cleaning service could benefit from greater consistency and attention to detail. A more thorough approach would elevate the experience, especially given the otherwise well-maintained rooms. There were moments where attention to detail was lacking. With more consistency in housekeeping, the overall experience could be elevated even further.

More than a hotel, Yonge Suites makes you feel at home. The appartment we got was wide enough for a couple, with 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine which is very convenient. The building is very modern and it's located right in the heart of the action, with a subway station just by the entrance. Housekeeping is made every day and there is a nice terrace on the second floor where you can smoke. Staff is helpful and kind. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Unfortunately you can't open the windows and there is a permanent sound coming from the ventilation system, although it's not a big deal. There were some coffee and tea bags when arriving, but they were never replaced and we had to buy our own.

The hotel has a great location, nearby shopping centre, subway and a few main attractions. Front desk staff is very nice, professional and helpful. My apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. The place was very well organised and prepared. I was impressed about very well equipment kitchen, laundry room and other housekeeping supplies in the hallway cupboard. I was eating in the city and all day spent outside of the apartment, but if you are more home person you will love this place, because has everything what you need. The Internet speed was great as well. I need to mention about so nice welcoming gifts for guests as well. After long, evening flight, late check-in, I was thankful for water bottle, snacks and fully stocked coffee/tea maker! Next day I had one of the best cup of coffee in my life, relaxing a bit in the living room and studying the attractions map placed in the room already, before a big, exploring day in Toronto. Honestly, great hotel to stay and Toronto deserves more attention than I thought. Unfortunately, I spent only three nights there, but if I could I will stay much longer for the city, Niagara Falls and lovely accommodation.

We needed two bedrooms since it's for two families, and we were lucky to find this place (not easy to find one like this!). From the very first inquiry, the staff (Andreas Pernter, Gokhan, and Sonia) were friendly and always responded from the customer’s point of view. There was an electric fireplace and a large jacuzzi. Two bathrooms with showers, a kitchen, and daily housekeeping — everything was perfect. They even stored our luggage for us and kindly let us check in early! The location is excellent — right across from the Eaton Centre, so we enjoyed eating at the nearby mall food court. The subway station is right next door. We also loved the city's night view from the high floor. We had a wonderful stay. P.S. Thank you so much, Gokhan — thanks to you, we had a warm and comfortable night.

We arrived slightly early & gentleman on reception checked us in with no issue, was kind to mention car parking also all communication prior to arriving was excellent. Our apartment was fantastic just outside lift and overlooking Yonge Street with very little or no noise at all. Was very well-equipped, clean kitchen though we didn't use it as had so many places to eat on our doorstep. Location on Yonge Street and directly opposite Eaton Centre again amazin On checking out the lady assisted with suitcases all very attentive and helpful. Overall very happy to recommend to others.

This was an amazing place. It’s safe, clean and in a great location with a subway just out the door that connects easily to union station. The apartment came with several details that I hadn’t expected but made a difference: there was a complimentary bottle of water on arrival, coffee and some teas and some little milk pots in the fridge. The apartment also had a one use washing powder and 2 dryer sheets that we made use of on the last night and which was very much appreciated. This was our first time in Toronto and in Canada and gave us a great start. Everything was exactly as advertised.
