The location was excellent. Union Station is a short walk away even with luggage. The subway station is just around the corner. Very new building with quiet suites. Full kitchen and laundry ensuite even with a junior one bedroom.

Great apartment size accomodation with seperate bedroom and living area, making it very spacious. Appreciated the slippers and robes.

Lack of bright lighting - the light are so dim and certain sections of the room are in complete darkness - very hard to see things at night, unless you are shining your phone light

This is a very small hotel, and considering the price it was okay, although it could have been a bit cheaper in relation to the quality. It’s not centrally located, about a 20-minute walk from the city center and the tower, but the view of the tower from the room was wonderful. The staff was very kind, especially the lady at the reception who helped us a lot. The room was comfortable and we liked it. It had a kitchen with basic utensils, a washing machine and possibly a dryer, as well as a bathrobe. The bathroom was fine, though I would have preferred a glass shower screen instead of a curtain. There was also a nice balcony, although not perfectly maintained, which parents with children might want to keep in mind. There were no shutters, so light would come in early in the morning, but it wasn’t an issue for us since we left at night. Overall, for one night it was a good choice, and we really enjoyed the room and the view.

What I didn’t like about the hotel was the check-in policy. Check-in starts quite late, at 4 p.m., and since we arrived for a concert that started at 7 p.m., we asked if we could check in a bit earlier. However, we were told we would have to pay an extra €50 for an early check-in, which I found excessive, especially since we were leaving at 5 a.m. the next morning. Also, the balcony was not well-maintained; it was concrete rather than tiled, with some gaps in the glass, something to keep in mind for families with children. There were no shutters, so light comes in early in the morning, and the shower with a curtain was not very convenient.

Nice clean hotel staff friendly on check in, rooms were great with laundry facilities nice comfortable bed and full kitchen facilities, we didn’t have great view from room but expected that as paid for basic room but still had Juliette balcony with opening window, we only stayed for one night and they allowed us to leave luggage or we could have extended room till 2pm at cost of $75 would definitely visit again as handy for Union station and close to bars restaurants cafes etc

Amazing location, room had great view of CN Tower. Building was professionally run and well-kept. Staff were friendly. Comfy bed, great shower, very handy to have laundry and kitchenette

Room was clean overall, but above the washing machine and stove hood were very dusty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Only one dishwasher sachet provided which wasn't great for 4 days. Bathroom door didn't close easily, had to really pull it shut. Overall experience was great and we'll come again, but as it's marketed as high-end, the rooms should be cleaned and maintained more carefully.

The softest bedding in all the land, a spacious and well equipped room, fabulous location a short walk from Union Station and the Scotiabank Arena and a short ride from Billy Bishop Airport, spotlessly clean, excellent kitchen facilities in the room, plenty of USB chargers, big windows, a free bottle of water and a couple of squares of chocolate waiting for me on arrival, a bath to soak in, and great lighting options.

It was a little noisy and not very dark in the room, but that's to be expected in the heart of the city. I'd recommend bringing ear plugs and an eye mask if you need silence and darkness to sleep well.

Small apartment hotel, clean and quiet. Has kitchen and separate bedroom / LR, which is really nice. Wifi was a little weak, but ok. In suite laundry is a bonus.

There is nowhere to put your clothes - it's bizarre. Small coat closet in the front hall, but no other closet, and no dresser or anything with drawers or shelves. I came for a conference so had some professional clothes that wrinkle - really need to put in at least some hooks, a coat tree, something in the bedroom!

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to many restaurants, parks, etc. Our accommodation featured a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. While the room was pretty comfortable, the sofa bed was definitely quite old and would not cater for an adult. It also had a washing machine/dryer which were very helpful, and the room was cleaned almost daily.

The room size was pretty small. Everything felt squeezed in there. Although there is a kitchen, it was very poorly equipped, and we had to keep requesting things (from glasses to spoons). Otherwise, staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious and felt like a small apartment. Great getaway in the city, was super private when we were in the room, friendly staff, especially the housekeeper. Location was prime, we found walking was faster than Uber anyhow, but everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, ie. CN Tower, Lighthouse ArtSpace, Aquarium, and has super close amenities like grocery stores (inside the mall), coffee shops, residents, bars and more.

Would have loved a bar or restaurant / room service to the room, it was listed as an amenity but was not available upon arrival.

Close to everything. Clean, comfortable. Valet parking was nice to have, as we had no clue where to park. Kitchen was a cute little asset , although we were only there for 1 night so didn’t use it. Loved the jacuzzi on the 4th floor, and loved our in suite laundry ! I’ve never had that before but was great to dry my bathing suit right away!

Personally , and this isn’t a con, just a preference, is that it was so downtown, we found it quite loud and hard to sleep , but only because we are from a small town and not used to honking and sirens going off all night!
