Surprisingly quiet, perhaps bc our room(914)was at the end of the hall and not on the street but facing other rooms out the window. Didn’t love the view but did love the quietness. Mostly clean but bathroom could have sparkled a bit more especially shower base. Hair and dirt along edge of shower door track. Loved the black makeup towel. Loved the selection of teas and the kettle. Had to move the kettle to plug in which is meh. Loved the decor and that the furniture was not clunky and took up minimal space. Loved the body wash and shampoo and lotion. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Plenty of plugs and usb’s. Got lucky with no hassle early check in and late checkout! Thank you for accommodating us! Staff was great at front desk, and cafe. Other staff were also lovely when we met a couple different ladies in the elevator.

New hotel as of March 2025. Tastefully decorated. Functional amenities. Comfortable bed. Great location close to Union Station, very walkable. Quite clean.

Rooms are quite small, but still functional. Had a small desk that folded up against the wall. Enough for a laptop but not much more. Not much room if you have a lot of luggage. Opted for a queen room as a solo traveler and it was OK. I think the standard rooms that are 50 Sq ft less may be cramped. On the pricey side for the size of room, but cheaper than most chain hotel options in the area.

A chic, sleek compact room that managed through clever design to include everything we could need for a city break. Stylishly redesigned recently, so everything is really fresh too! As Toronto is so well provided for on the public transport front, being located a hop away from Union Station meant the airport transfer and getting from hotel to all attractions was a breeze.

Nothing to say here. Loved it.

Location was excellent, felt safe, comfy beds, great vibe

One elevator wasn’t working for about 2 days of my 4 day stay. Made it very difficult the morning we were checking out to Get from the 10th floor to The lobby, was a 20 minute wait.

Rooms was clean and had adequate facility like kettle for coffee and tea. Water dispenser was right outside the door which was useful. Located very close to the Union Station and several attractions. Very convenient

Staff were kind and very quick to address any of our concerns and needs. The room was a little smaller than expected, but the aesthetics were on point, and its proximity to transit and dining options makes this a great homebase for a short trip.

Location was perfect. Steps from the Union station (we had taken the train) and walking distance to everything downtown.

Room was smaller than expected, but we were in town for a concert so it met expectations of a clean hotel with a comfy bed.

The aesthetics, comfortable bed, friendly staff, couple minutes of the CN Tower by walk & everything, nice gym at the 2nd floor, lobby bar, etc.

The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful and really go out of their way. The location is just perfect to walk everywhere or take the subway or Street car.

Excellent location. 5 minutes from the station, Hockey hall of fame and CN tower. Great room with 2 double beds. Super shower room and good wifi. Shame the bar closed around 9pm.
