The location is prime if you’re concentrating your activities in downtown Toronto. We had a minor maintenance issue that we did not discover until we returned to our room pretty late at night, but they called a mechanical engineer to our room and the problem was solved promptly.

The elevators were excruciatingly slow and at least one of the elevators (sometimes two of the three) in each of the two main elevator banks was out for five of the seven days of our hotel stay. They would eventually get them going only to have another breakdown right after.

The room was nice, the bed was comfortable and the view was OK. We had the view of the trains. We couldn't hear much of them but it would have been a nicer view if there was a different side to be on. The location was awesome. Lots of things within walking distance, including both stadiums and things to do.

My only complaint is that we didnt have room service staff come in and clean until the 3rd or so day. And I wish we had at least one meal included with our stay.

Location was amazing the hotel was cool that it was a skyscraper style. Buffet was amazing and the omelette was unforgettable. Perfect city view out my room 18th floor. Very cool roof top terrace surreal atmosphere. Those sweet potato fries with guacamole was AWESOME. Must have snack on roof top bar restaurant.

The drinks (my rum with coke) seemed not too strong despite being a double. Tasted watered down didnt really make me buzzed. While the property is in a perfect location, I will say 482 per night was alittle bit expensive despite not having an upper level higher optioned room.

We had an amazing stay every staff member was kind and helpful. We were stuck in the garage on the morning we were leaving! For some reason we prepaid the parking ticket and when leaving the machine took the ticket, did not open the gate and the rep on the help line quoted $50 more even though we prepaid for two cars at the same time entered at the same time and one car was out of the gate. The valet staff Ryan came to our rescue he was exceptional. The hotel is next to everything we walked everywhere. The food was really good at SoCo

Parking but what can you do downtown life

The location was perfect , the employees were friendly, courteous and helpful, very clean, comfortable beds.

Excellent in all respects except for the cheapest, Motel 6 quality toilet paper. The buffet breakfast was very good with a nice variety of offerings, but again, powdered eggs just like you'd get in a much lower quality motel. These very small things make the difference between the quality you'd expect in this level of hotel and in a beside-the-freeway quick overnight motel.

- Proximity to everything. - Nice swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym. - Very good breakfast buffet. - Very clean hotel. - Friendly and helpful staff. - They are accommodating to special requests.

- The flatbreads from the restaurant can be improved, they were very disappointing. - Low water pressure when showering. - Parking is expensive and it’s publicly accessible, if there is an event nearby it might be tricky.

I really liked the room I got the view of the lake was excellent and the hotels location is prime. I was close to everywhere I wanted to go and if not it was a short ride there. The facilities in the hotel were great I love the gym, there is so much I can do to keep up with my health routine. I also love the breakfast at this hotel and the bar within the hotel are great!Everything was kept clean for the most part and as usual I had a lovely stay.

There were some issues related to miscommunication that left my room uncleaned one day. However the staff was very gracious and came up to clean it right away. The staff was kind and cordial and I always felt respected as a guest.

We liked that it was really close by the Scotiabank. We went for a concert. It was also within walking distance to the harbor in the hockey Hall of Fame. We absolutely loved our waiter that we had in the hotel restaurant. He was amazing!

Apparently there was some kind of a smoke problem in the lobby. The smoke alarm went off at 6:00 a.m. . Although the announcement said there was no need to be worried, it was contained to the lobby... The annoying alarm kept going off for over 30 minutes... Like they couldn't shut it off.

I really appreciated the waters provided upon check in and upon return from the ball game. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The shower pressure was amazing and the beds super comfortable. The location was perfect, walking distance to the ballpark and CN tower, as well as the waterfront. Being connected to union station was also a bonus since we took the bus to Niagara Falls.

We came to the area for a week to celebrate a big birthday for me, and even compared with some of the top-rated resorts in and around Niagara, this hotel made the trip the most special. Just little details that really made me feel special. Rooms are spacious and have great views. Bed is super comfy and shower has excellent water pressure. Hotel is clean and staff is very friendly and accommodating.
