Our experience started with Erica at the front desk for check-in, and she was amazing! She even got us a room upgrade which ended up being such a perfect room for our group! This hotel was close to everything we wanted to walk to downtown. The hotel itself was beautiful. We did not indulge in the breakfast, and unfortunately, the pool was closed for the season (January), but it was still a great experience.
There is nothing our group did not like about the hotel. The only thing that was unfortunate, but out of our control, was that the pool was closed when we went (website only states it's heated so we weren't sure if it would be open or not when we visited).

Lovely hotel on the harbour front. Excellent location if you do not enjoy the busy city as outside of the centre. Was walking distance to the CN Tower. There was a pool but obviously closed for the winter. It looked like it would be a lovely place to relax though, so excellent for the summer time. Staff were welcoming. Room up to expectations. Very close to Amsterdam brewhouse which is right next door and a lovely place to eat and drink. Very easy to get to from union station on the tram- stop right outside the hotel.
Only complaint was that we were unable to figure out how to turn up the heating so was a little chilly at times.

The location of the hotel could not be beat! We had a city view, and the people watching was amazing! We could walk or take the tram to anything. The staff worked very hard to take care of everyone during a very busy end of season weekend.
There was a bit of a wait to get a room. Check-in was at 3, but the rooms weren't ready, and there was quite a restless crowd in the lobby. If I had known, I would have returned later. They could have taken phone numbers and called when the room was ready.

Paid an arm and a leg to stay here for the eras tour but it was worth it!!! The staff was so warm and kind. We were blown away by the extra effort put in to make it extra magical! Balloon arch photo ops of each era scattered throughout the hotel, life size cut outs of Taylor, plus friendship bracelets given upon check in! Hotel was actually quite nice in person! It felt high end and everything was nice and clean. The less than 10 min walk back from the Roger’s Center was awesome after a full night of singing and dancing. Highly recommend if you are staying for an event there. Thank you Radisson Blu!

I attended the Taylor Swift concert with my daughter so the location to the Rogers Centre was fantastic. The bed was very cozy and the room was spacious. It was a great size for a one room hotel room. The washroom was clean but relatively small. The lobby was decked out for Taylor Swift which the hotel didn’t have to do; that really added a special touch. The check-in reception was welcoming.
The breakfast at the Watermark was terrible. All food that was supposed to be warm was stone cold (waffles, cheese omelette, hash browns, etc.). The waffles were so cool that I actually wondered if it had just been thawed only from a frozen package and not toasted. The hash browns were so cool that they were tough to cut through. One customer with a child complained about same thing and left without eating. Let’s just say for $35 per person x2 ($70 plus tax), I was expecting more than for my daughter to wind up eating cereal from the mini boxes they had out. I didn’t even bother to eat the cold omelette. They should just pull doing breakfast - if they don’t have access to a kitchen and effective warming plates for their buffet.

Loved the location such as proximity to the water, rooftop outdoor pool, and staff. Even the guy who works in the gift shop helped out by exchanging U.S. money for Canadian money when needed. Our waitress at the pool was a sweetheart! We hugged her when we left. Fely very safe with a police dept. right across the street.
No official fireworks in the harbor. We were misinformed there would be some and this was one reason we booked there. Not the hotel's fault. They made up for it so many other ways. Really wish they had a jacuzzi. That would have been the icing on the cake.

Location is great, very close to CN Tower and Rogers centers (5 min walk), Scotiabank Arena (5 min), Union station (8 mins walk). View to the lake was wonderful. Room included a tv, AC, minifridge and a nespresso like machine. No option for breakfast but an small coffee shop is available at the first floor. Room service everyday. It was a big room and bathroom.
bathroom sink could have been cleaner, but overall it was a great room and clean hotel.

Absolutely wonderful location, right on the waterfront, but also right at the heart of Toronto, easy walking distance to tourist locations, the subway / tram is literally outside the door, a couple of food places near by. The room was great, with plenty of space and very modern. Comfortable and convenient. Would definitely stay there again. Parking was simple and easy, staff was great. Really no complaints.
I guess this is my standard complaint about (north American) hotels. Breakfast... should be included, should be good. I work in europe and expect (and have) high standards for breakfast (most important meal of the day my mom told me!) The Toronto Raddison Blue had a really great breakfast served in their restaurant, but it bordered on really expensive, around 20$+ per person. So its a lot better than most NA hotels, but I'd rather have a buffet style high quality breakfast included. Minor complaint, but one I make in many of my reviews. The food was excellent!

The reception was very professional, the rooms were large, with nice big windows, beautiful view. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the rooms well equipped. The location is next to q nice walking trail, within a half hour walk to Billy Bishop Airport, very convenient.
The parking at arrival, would have been better if covered, if was snowing. So to open the trunk, pick up luggage in uncovered space, we got wet.
