This hotel was next level! This isn’t just a hotel, this is an experience! The Frank room was amazing! Staff and ambiance of the hotel was such a vibe. The colour scheme and theme of the room was beautiful, the closet was lovely, the room was clean, had nice robes and slippers, a stunning shower, ample space, and most importantly comfortable bed and pillows. Everything you want and need in a room. The restaurant KOST on the top floor was amazing! Great food and stunning pool. We laid pool side and enjoyed the pool with a reserved time slot to make sure there was enough space. We thought it would be odd at first to swim around the diners, but they didn’t care, didn’t look and if anything made the diners envious. The view is breathtaking and being in a pool and looking out at the water and CN Tower was insane! We were there for TIFF and staying here made the experience that much more special! We HIGHLY recommend!

This hotel is flawless

The rooms are elegantly appointed and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was lovely with a beautiful soaker tub. The bed was lovely! The rooftop terrace and bar is wonderful with amazing views and lovely staff.

The front lobby at night is very noisy with the music blasting from the club. Not certain how those folks at the front desk or able to do their work and keep sane. They would not even be able to answer the phone at all or even converse with guests without having to shout or strain. While the hotel itself if lovely, the price of the parking is quite steep and it would be nice to be in a hotel that had more of a view and not closed in and surrounded by other buildings which seemed to be peering into your room.

We stayed for a friends birthday and right upon entering felt like queens. We received and upgraded room and champagne and cake waiting there for us. The front desk greeters were kind and helpful, gave us a glass of champagne to take with us up to the room. And help was only a text away if we needed. The room was dark and quiet at night. Everything was clean. Beds were super comfy. And the heated floors in the bathroom was icing on the cake. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Toronto.

Nothing at all. I travel a lot for work and this was a perfect stay

Love the decor in the room. Love the bathroom. Love the rootop resaurant restaurant. The kale salad was phenomenal. Staff could not be more pleasant. Love the gym!

The rooftop pool only accommodates 10 lounge chairs and you have to reserve them in advance. There is a good chance someone has beaten you to the reservation. And then the chaise lounges are removed at 530 pm to make room for outdoor dining.

The design and look of thr hotel was what I needed

It is a pricey hotel and if it were not for my project I would never be at this hotel. I was not informed of the areas that would make great photo spots in the hotel. I was disappointed I did not know about the stairwell near the restaurant.

Staff were absolutely fantastic and really put the stay over the top. Shaila and Maria upgraded our room and then later in the evening, Zayn was able to get us a reservation at a restaurant that was full online. Overall super nice hotel, and fantastic staff with a great Rooftop bar and view. Room service breakfast was delivered faster than expected, too.

Very dark! Parking option’s difficult Rooftop pool area- pool very small, very cramped area because of the dining needs to be a segregation. Kicked out of pool area at 17:30 due to the restaurant setting up tables which go where the sun loungers are. Poorly organised. Cleaning lady didn’t come to clean our room til 6pm when we were getting ready to go out. So just grabbed a couple of fresh towels from her. Very expensive!

Staff was very helpful and friendly and we were very happy with the personalized service all throughout our stay. This modern boutique hotel exuded a charm and had all the amenities in he room to make us feel comfortable. Housekeeping was very responsive with our needs.

It would be good for the restaurant dining to serve fruits for breakfast and to have more selections on its menu.

We thought Bisha is a normal business/city hotel. We were supprised to find a very comfortable and well designed art hotel. The staff was very friendly and helped a lot with organizing our stay. Tom Pham topped everything. His room-in service made our evening a special one. The chicken was fabulos.

The pool is quite small and located beside the restaurant at the top floor. Although the view (eg. CN tower) is magnificent, swimming under the eyes of restaurant guests is what you have to get used to.

Staff very attentive. Stunning view from top floor with a pool.. Enjoyed breakfast at Kost with this view!

No lounge as such but Bar has comfortable chairs to relax on.
