Great Location! I love the location, walk to everything, restaurants all around you, close to public transport, walking distance to Rogers Center. I didn't think that was good value because it cost me over $300 for one night and it was a super tiny room with no window, but it was clean, fresh, modern, nice, and well located and I liked opening the door with the app on my phone.

Great location, I found it easy to navigate to from Pearson Airport. The street has lots of nice shops and there's a brilliant ice-cream place right downstairs. I did some shopping in a local vintage shop and a few other places and ate in a great local pizza place. The room was very cool and made clever use of the space. Easy to connect to the free WiFi, good TV choices and you could log in to your own Netflix etc. Good AC, good blackout curtains. I loved the design of the bathroom and everything was spotless.

The shower water took 10 minutes to heat up so do factor that in to your morning timings. They explained that it's because it's an old building. The lift (elevator) wasn't accessible at certain times of day which was tricky with luggage.

The location was excellent and the room was clean with good quality linens.

I had to climb 4 flights of stairs with my luggage to the room, as the elevator for luggage was locked. There was no window in the room which the website states but as I booked on booking.com I did not notice. I could not check in remotely and had to call the virtual assistant which was a bit of a wait. It was also very expensive for the size and limitations of the property.

The best location, all activities on foot or by metro. It’s warm in the modest little room, despite the blizzard and icy wind outside the window, the equipment is new and works if you turn it on correctly. It was quiet at night, clean and there was a window to the fire escape. The TV started working after contacting support and the smell in the room was pleasant.

no special assistance during check-in and check-out; for example, there was no indication of an elevator, which was available, and instead of a storage room, which was only one for a suitcase, they offered to pay for someone else’s services in 20 minutes. Their door code doesn't always work at the time before or after.

Location was superb, and the room was super comfortable. Room was relatively clean. Appreciated the facilities - tea and coffee, television, soap and shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom, etc. Very easy to get in and out of the building and unit.

A few hairs in the shower which was not super pleasant. It was a bit annoying getting all the reminders about check out time - it felt like I was getting rushed out of there.

Great location, 5 minute walk to the subway. Quick responses when I emailed or messaged. Good facilities with supplies available as needed. Room was small but loads of storage! Also enjoyed having everything on the app! Very easy to navigate!

A bit challenging to complete the preregistration without access to a mobile number and had a few staff ask me to call them to help with the process 🙃 Showers were also a hit and miss, sometimes were warm quickly, though other time I had to run the water for 10+ minutes to have a warm shower

Excellent location. Close to venues, restaurants, Eaton Center, etc... Small room, automated process with no staff on premise, but they are super responsive on the app. Comfy beds, quiet room.

There is no elevator, and rooms start on the second floor. I was travelling with only one small piece of luggage, so it was okay for me. There is only one window, and it is frosted, so you can't open it or see through it. This is ok for people who are not planning to spend any time in the room.

Nice place for a short stay. Luckily our room had a window (which is not the case for other rooms), everything was very clean. There is a mini fridge, a coffee machine, an iron… The location is ideal. The bathroom is equipped well with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. I enjoyed the fact that in the corridor there were essential equipment we could take if needed like clean towels, coffee…

The app: The entire check-in process is through an app - you need data and phone service to set up your check-in so it was very complicated and there is no desk for any issues. When I arrived the first day I still did not receive a mail with the code for my room, so I had to find Wifi somewhere to look for it. The room is very very small, it was good for staying 3 days but not more. It is like a capsule hotel. It is a bit expensive for the size and service.

The location is excellent. The cleanliness and facilities are adequate and in good condition. Everything is functional. I liked the key system and the access solely through the use of the application.

At the beginning, it was not very clear that there was no front desk and that there is no elevator. Nothing critical.

The room had everything I needed. The AC was easy to work with and the smartTV was a very nice addition to relax in the evening. I had the best experience with luggage storage after my check-out. The location is fantastic, 10mins walk to the CN tower and 25mins walk to the main train station.

Be careful if you forget your phone and don’t remember the code. I locked myself outside of the property. Luckily I managed to get help from a lovely lady who let me log into my sonder account on her phone. Would be great if there was a way to contact the personnel from the entrance, or just don’t do like me and write the code down or don’t forget your phone.
