The apartment itself is great, it has everything that's required for a longer stay, and it's super clean. The bed mattress is the best I've ever slept on, even better than I have at home. The location is very accessible, close to downtown, Union Station is a 15 minute walk.

The view from the window is obstructed completely by another building, so no view. Other than that - it's perfect.

The bed was very comfortable. The apt was perfect for the two of us.

The AC blows right onto the bed. The only fix would be to put the bed on the opposite wall.

Location, parking

Aged equipment, not dirty but not spotless due to its age

Location. Wi-fi. If we look for a decent place at an affordable price to stay in central Toronto and if you don't care about not having a physical host, this one is suitable.

Instructions for check in and picking of the key are complicated. There's no host in person, all communications are through whatsapp (there's not even a chance of talking). There are visible damages in the apartment, namely in the floor. Maintenance and renovation would be welcome.

Downtown location was good, and the room itself was ok.

There was no view, and the TV never worked. Getting in was difficult, finding the parking space was difficult. And no instructions for operating machines like the coffee machine.

The location of the building is very convenient for someone visiting Toronto.

The advertised balcony is 15 feet from a building that completely blocks out the sky. There was never enough natural light in any of the rooms.
