The location was excellent. Really close to a really fun part of town. Two great restaurants right nextdoor. The room was very stylish. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and in good working order. I never met any staff but I'm sure they were lovely. Contactless check in was seamless.

The bathroom layout. The bathroom was very cool and had a swimming pool sized tub but the toilet was in a tiny glass cubicle. The door was very heavy and it felt very close and would not be accessible for some people. This may just be my room.

Great location, comfortable and sizeable room and had everything that we needed. We had a small issue on our first morning with the shower not draining properly but after a quick and short conversation with a member of the team through the app all was sorted whilst we were out exploring - including providing additional towels. I would note that the Sonder is not a traditional hotel (closer to a home rental) and so guests should expect this!

The location was noisy on one night but nothing that stopped our sleep. We could also hear when the room below us moved their blinds which was a bit spooky but didn't happen too often.

Bathroom: if you want to shower without wetting your hair, I doubt even shower caps will do the job because the shower head is installed on the ceiling. I can't find the switch for the ventilation fan. Privacy: need to shut the curtains because it is just opposite to an office building with people working Air con: because of the full height glass window, it could be a little greenhouse during the day if curtains are drawn but quite cool at night

The room was very spacious and at the quiet backside of the property. The amenities are good, air conditioning is amazing, and I liked the fact that Mother Tongue was right downstairs, with great food and excellent cocktails!

The one thing that could use improvement is the bathroom. The whole thing is made of frosted glass and the walk in shower with two shower heads was not properly designed. One of the shower heads is in front of the opening, so they added a curtain and a rubber edge on the floor, but it’s not a good seal, so water still leaks out into the bathroom. The curtain rod also feel down during my stay, so I hung it back and tightened it.

Great location. Easily walkable from train station and to the Rogers Centre/mall/museums. Comfortable bed, thoughtful noise mitigation. Loved the little balcony overseeing the courtyard next door, very peaceful

The shower. It looks amazing but the waterfall showerheads at ceiling height mean that you have no water pressure and won't be able to rinse out a cream conditioner and the shower curtains don't go all the way around which means that you'll always be a bit cold, given that the shower is not in a separate room but rather in the middle of your air conditioned suite. The sheer size of it and the shape means it is useless as a bath. Similarly, the couch and chair look great but comfort was not a priority

-close to Chinatown, nextdoor to Tim's -able to sleep soundly -bed was very comfy -windows had great city view -space was clean -easy access in and out -plenty of tram car stops all around -Lyft is easily available.

I can only recommend this accommodation for single travelers or *intimate* couples B-E-C-A-U-S-E the toilet is only semi-private. The bathroom area is sectioned off with glass walls that have open gaps, soooo yep! Everything can be heard! And the complaints about the bathroom door being heavy are accurate, lol! We are a gym couple tho so that wasn't our issue. Plus the potty humor. =P

Amazing.......Once checked in, the code worked seamlessly, room was spotless, and the bed was COMFY with nice sheets.

Well, once you get in! The only downfall to SONDER was the check-in experience. You will need to have DATA OR WIFI to check-in. The app will not let you pre-authorize, so US or those traveling without a DATA plan will find the check in process taxing or nearly impossible. Maintenance is also needed on the elevator relay. There is A VERY LOUD control mechanism that bangs, needs to be checked out as you can hear it in the suite.

Very comfortable and clean room. Location is good, although the city is big and so there is no one central location to see it all. We really appreciated the free luggage storage on site since our flight home wasn't until 5pm. We loved the taco & sushi bar right next to Sonder (The Haam). It was excellent.

Trying to use the app to get assistance. We needed some supplies like TP, coffee, towels, etc since we were there 4 days.

Excellent location for walking to wear I wanted to visit. I visited the CN Tower, Saint Lawrence Market, and several other places. The places I couldn't walk to were accessible via the street cars which took me very close to Sonder. I brought my own travel router. Unplugged their router from the ethernet and used the port for my travel router. Thankfully their network didn't block my travel router and I did not have any issues. Decent speed for a hotel, roughly 50 Mbps. The tap water tastes great, had shampoo, moisturizer, body wash, and lotion in the shower. They also had a hair dryer and iron and ironing board. Great pillows, bed on the stiffer side, but I didn't have issues. Couldn't hear the other guests in their rooms. The recommended parking garage is an excellent place to park.

I wasn't prepared for the street noise at night. Thankfully they provide a white noise machine and earplugs (I used my own white noise machine). This is outside of their control, but they did their best to mitigate and I appreciate that. Scratchy tp. Bring your own if you're picky about that.

The room was well furnished with a comfortable bed, a fridge, hair dryer, desk, chair, iron and ironing board. The bath was very deep and unsuitable for elderly guests but we had no trouble with it. We liked the chocolates provided as an apology for a false fire alarm one morning! The entry code worked fine from the e-mail we received before arriving. Traffic noise was no problem but we were on the fourth floor. If you're a light sleeper I'd request either room one or five on any floor as these face a wall at the side rather than the road! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful when they appeared.

There was no privacy in the room once the curtains were open as there was an office block across the road and no net curtains. A note on the wall said earplugs and a white noise machine were provided but we couldn't find either. The big glass door to the bathroom was very heavy (again bad for oldies). The attendance of staff in reception was unpredictable.
