Everything was clean and cool,we like the view from the property,very comfortable)

The property asking to thow away the garbage,to put to the diswasher and turn it on and to put the towels into the washing machine, it is ok when you are living for a long time in the property,but when you are just for one day to see the city it is uncomfortable to clean it and spend your time.

The accommodation was very clean. They gave us the keys as soon as they could, and they took great care of us. Since we had two rooms booked, they gave us two rooms connected by a door. The staff was super friendly, from reception to security, cleaning, and maintenance. The apartment was quite centrally located on the Magnificent Mile. You were an eight-minute walk from the river and other iconic sites in the city.

If I had to find a fault, I'd say that one of our lamps broke. I have to say that this can happen in a hotel just as it can in a home. And in response to this unexpected incident, the hotel responded quickly and with great care.

It was a bit problematic to find the keys, as we checked in late at night.

Perfect layout and location. Big enough for our group of 6, very clean and comfortable. Would book again!

The parking instructions were not very clear and we ended up having to loop around the block (which took 45 minutes because it’s Toronto) but once we figured it out it was fine. we didn’t have any issues getting keys, however the front desk mentioned that these apartments when booked through booking.com can be challenging to figure out which apartment number you’re in because the host doesn’t always give them the name of the renter. This was not the case for us, but something to be aware of. Ask the host for your unit number prior to arrival.

Location, roominess, decor, and the cleanliness of the condo was exceptional!

The property management did a poor job with my check-in. Upon arrival of the property the front desk could not find my reservation and they were also rude. I had to send additional personal information to include a selfie with my identification card and a security deposit, which should have been sent via the Booking.com App prior to my arrival. Also, sending a copy of my passport and identification card was overboard and also a security risk. I’ve traveled around the world and never had to go through so much red tape to book my accommodations. I will not book through GLOBAL STAY again!

Beautiful, comfortable and clean apartment, with great facilities, in a good location, simple check in and check out.

I rented the parking lot for the extra amount mentioned in the ad. The building is located in a very busy avenue and the parking signage for the entrance of the parking is not very good. Also, I was only given directions to the parking lot after I had picked up the keys, so I don't know what I would have done if I had been alone (my husband had to drove around in the car until I could get the keys and the instructions).

The location was great for my need, and the View form the unit was spectacular! The apartment was immaculate - everything was clean. The bed was a great sleep for me. Nice big closets for all my hanging needs. The Kitchen was great with all the dishware and cooking supplies you need, and the living room was simple and lovely.

While the interior was clean, the window were in desperate need of a proper wash. I understand some are not easily accessible, but most were over the balcony, and could easily be cleaned. To the point that a prior guest had written in the build up that was on the sliding door "Clean Me". Since I am writing this, it of course was not cleaned. Next the bedrooms were very spartan, with only 1 small bed side table and 1 lamp. In one of the rooms, the table was built wrong and wobbled, while the switch on the lamp was broken and could only be turned on and of by unplugging the power. Lastly better instructions of where to park when getting the keys would have been a big help. But to be clear I would rent this in a heartbeat if it is available next time I need to stay in the city.

Good view, good location, well furnished and equipped modern apartment in a great location. Very spacious and the apartment even had 2 bathrooms.

Check in time would be more convenient if it was earlier than 4pm. We weren’t made aware of the 25+ policy when booking, resulting in having to pay a $1000 dollar deposit as there wasn’t an option to cancel and get a refund. This needs to be made much clearer with a notification before the payment screen. As well as that at $400 for a night i wouldn’t expect to have to put our towels on a wash and take the rubbish out.

Great location, views and kitchen. Very cozy little one bedroom apartment. Parking on site at 25$/day on lower levels.

Beware that you will have to forward a picture of your id so they can forward it to security. That was a bit of a stressful hassle. You will also have to go to the room to pick up the parking fob and then return to the car. Easy if your are 2 people but if you are a solo traveler, there is not much room to leave your car so make it quick.
