Too many hassles to get in, after l had made the payment. So even though l did not like those demands, such as holding my ID and taking my picture, l had already paid, and will loose one night if l did not comply. I was not informed of this bbn procedure before l paid. I had to pay security deposit of $200 that will be paid after 7 days. I booked for 3, they said l booked for 2, l had to pay $40 extra. Apartment is great, but the administrative demands and conditions after l paid, with stringent cancellation fees, made it uncomfortable.

A lovely apartment on the 42nd floor so amazing views over Toronto. Great facilities, having a washer and drier was very convenient. The location is perfect, just15 mins walk from Union station and only 10 minutes from the Rogers Centre. Plenty of local bars and restaurants and also a Sobeys supermarket just 2 min walk away. Bed was comfy and shower worked well.

Only 3 lifts in the building so often had to wait at peak times to get down or go up, being on the 42nd floor taking the stairs wasn't really an option.

This apartment was fantastic. Location was excellent with several wonderful restaurants and bars within seconds of the building. The views from the apartment were spectacular. Everything was clean and comfortable. I've never stayed at an apartment while travelling as I wasn't sure about how to get keys and all that and thought hotels were easier, but will definitely do this again. Global Stay contacted me via WhatsApp and their instructions for accessing the building and getting into the apartment were so clear and easy. If I had any questions they were prompt to reply. I have seen bad reviews of them online and I'm not sure why. I received my security bond back in the timeframe that was mentioned and overall I had such a good experience I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

It would be nice to have some toiletries in the bathroom, but that is not a big deal at all. It's the only reason I didn't give it a 10.

Very convenient location to walk to downtown landmarks and attractions, easy to get in and out (we had no issues with the elevators, which has been reported by many other guests). Apartment was clean and warm, and we had everything needed for a pleasant stay.

Apartment needs a bit of work, bathroom locks didn't work, some lightbulbs need replacing, wardrobe door needs fixing, but overall this didn't affect our stay negatively. Check-in process was a bit difficult but we had help from another resident to get through the door code/elevator timing issue.

The apartment is in an excellent location close to CN tower Rogers Centre & places to eat. The apartment is clean & has all the necessities you require. We had problems getting on the WIFI on the laptop & messaged the concierge team who came back straight away & resolved this. Very fast at replying when asking questions we would definitely stay here again.

The only downside was the bed in the second room was really small for 2 adults to sleep in but other than that everything was perfect.

Close to what we wanted to do, Clean and tidy apartment, Having a few products that we could use like washing detergent, cleaning products, items for the bathroom was very helpful

Asked for ID on the morning that we were due to arrive before we were able to have instructions how to enter the building, Given a code to enter the building and have only 2 minutes to get to the elevator, that was not enough time and not informed what elevator is the correct one to enter to get to the floor, it took 3 attempts to just get to the elevator and ended having to call for help. The email that gave us the code to enter the building wasn’t clear on our floor and room number, Every time we were needing to use the elevator, there was a long wait, from ground floor as well as on our room level, times ranged from 15min to an hour +

Staff was responsive, polite and tried helping out the best they could. Location was great and the view wasn't bad. Water pressure was great

Not so spacy, the bed might need some adjustments as it sounded so loud, maybe I didn't know how to regulate the thermostat but it was really cold, even at 32⁰C the heat wouldn't work. Anyways these are adjustable issues

I was never given breakfast nor did no one tell me about there would be breakfast

The parking was so complicated. Getting to the parking spot was so hard, and trying to find my way out was hard. If there were directions, it would have helped those who are new to the property. Everything else was great. I love the feel and how clean it was.

View, room facilities, decor, location, and cleanliness.

Once figured out lift system all ok. Lift was very slow at times especially when checking out. Waited 20mins for lift then it stopped at every floor from PH. 40 mins to get out of the building. Leave plenty of time to check out especially if you have a car as room keys have to go back up to the room.

The property is really close to a Tim Horton's so getting a quick breakfast and coffee was very convenient. There were other restaurants and pubs within a short walking distance so food options were not a problem.

I had no complaints. This apartment was very clean and had everything! If staying longer than the 1 night, I would have bought some groceries and ate in some.
