Love the location. Apartment was clean.No noise from neighbours.

Having to give a photo holding ID a second time even though I could see the 1st one in the message thread. 20$/day parking fee Small for four adults when everyone was there at the same time.

Great location, centrally located to the Event Centre and waterfront. It also had a great bed! The building has nice amenities, pool /gym, but I never got to use them.

The wifi never worked which made it really challenging to work and for some reason, even my phone (without wifi) wasn't working either. Als, the thermostat was stuck at 75 which made sleeping difficult since I'm used to sleeping in 67 and in late June, it was a bit muggy out. Also, be prepared to pay a security deposit via PayPal and submit your passport picture online. It was a bit unnerving.

The apartment is in perfect condition. The kitchen, bathroom, and beds are all in excellent condition. 100% equipped with the necessary elements to use all the equipment without worry. Laundry soap, dishwasher soap, coffee, sugar, coffee mate, etc. Quality and quantity of towels. Washing machine, dryer, complex and easy to use. The truth is an incredible place; I will choose it again without a doubt. It is very well located since, walking just a couple of blocks, you can go downtown, but at the same time, the area is very quiet.

What I am about to say is not serious at all, it is an opportunity for improvement. But it would have been nice if they had warned me in advance that I would not be able to receive packages in the complex. It is to be expected when traveling to make purchases. I think it is an opportunity to improve that, even hotels charge for the service, it could be the same here.

Not far from the tram,so you could get any where you needed. Grocery shop just 5 mins away, although lob law grocery store 10mins,which had everything you could want and better value for money. The apartment we had was fantastic everything you needed apart from a tray to cook in the oven. The hot tub on the roof terrace was really good and the views are fabulous. You can get to that through the opposite side of the gym.

The pool we only used once,it was ok but not for our liking. The spa pool next to it was cold and jets weren't really working. Bathroom was good,but bath area looking a bit tired

Location in downtown Toronto is good. Facilities in the condo are good.

We were annoyed to find that prior to entering the condo we could not park our car. We had to go find the keys and then come down. But where do you leave your car in the meantime? We were somewhat confused by the instructions we had received about getting access to the condo and the parking garage. We usually sleep with a window slightly opened. Because of the continuous noise caused by an express motorway nearby this was hardly possible. The lighting in the condo was functional but not very pleasant. The room on one side of the bed was too small.

The check in process was good and instructions were clear, if you can get over the odd request for an ID selfie. The unit was on the 15th floor, clean and generally well appointed. Nice view of the lake. Much more cost effective than hotels and great location close to Union Station. Could be a great option for families with kids for whom a full kitchen is useful.

The master bedroom in the 2 bedroom unit had an unpleasant odor. Luckily I was solo travelling so opted for the smaller 2nd bedroom which is the only room that had the AC on.. The washrooms are a bit dated. Linens were clean, but certainly not "hotel standard". Drapes in the living/kitchen area are see through and could be updated to something more fresh. Units at the corner of the building have a direct view into the apartment and vice versa, so some privacy concerns.

We went during the Taylor Swift concert weekend. The condo had everything! We loved the gym, pool and hot tub! We ate some meals at home and the kitchen had everything. We were able to walk to and from the Roger's centre in 20 minutes as well as the CN Tower and the aquarium. The underground parking was great too. I left my car there and wasn't worried. It was nice and clean and brightly lit.

My only negative comment is that although the beds were super comfy, it would have been nice if the 2nd bedroom had a bigger bed.

The location was great. We could walk pretty much everywhere (about 20min to CN tower and 5 to Loblaws supermarket). The customer service via email was pretty efficient and nice

Some dishes were semi-dirty (probably user-related issues with the dishwasher but still worth mentioning), and the sensor to access the front door of the building didn't work BUT the security was super helpful (opened the doors for us every time)

Very cozy and great for people travelling alone or couples. Great location near Downtown. The place was great and the host was very accomodating. I needed a late checkout and was easily accommodated. The place is easy to access even with the constructions going around the building. Everything is easily accessible from around this location. Thank you again for being so easy to communicate as well! Super quick replies to any questions!

It was my first time using Booking.com to book lodging so I got a little confused by the space I was ACTUALLY getting. Always double check which type of room you are actually booking. It was the smaller one from the advertised pictures so I wasn't sure which I was getting. Always double check or book the right one! I would've loved to get the one I was actually looking at in the pictures but should've double check to select the bigger rooms! Next time!
