We had a very comfortable clean suite that had all the toiletries you needed, great room service, excellent location, and close to shops and supermarkets. Being close to Scotia Square made it easy to get around on the trains and the subway. Parking was easy. Staff were great and the check-in was superb. They send someone up with you to show you the room.

The room and bathroom are spacious. Additional toilet at living area. Clean and the house keeping staff fast service. Nice indoor pool and restaurants. Bed and pillow even blanket are very comfortable. Even the rollaway bed also comfortable.

The living room is too dark, lacking of light. Pantry area no light. the light control panel does not function well. Sometimes the whole room's lights flicker. Draper control also does not work smoothly. The main door lock can't be used..after feedback still not able to solve the lights and door lock issue.

beautiful suite with a view down to the lake; very helpful staff who went the extra mile (brought a couple of nice teddies to the room for the girls), nice cultural touches like the sabrage at 6pm, excellent location for going to Taylor Swift at the Rogers Centre and also shopping at the Eaton centre.

can't think of anything except tumbledown came into our room at 8pm on the first night when we were already in bed asleep from a long trip - we forgot to put on privacy please.

A beautifully designed hotel. The room was the perfect size, the bed was very comfortable, loved the turn down service and the motorized window coverings. Room service was very fast and the bar on the 31st floor had great cocktails! We also spent the day at the spa ad it was perfect!

I'm not a fan of having to have a butler come upstairs and show us the features we could just figure out for ourselves. I also didn't like how everything has been automated - you can't just turn a light on and off - you have to look at the switch with 5 things written and figure it out (not difficult just not needed). I prefer being left alone and this is not a leave you alone kind of hotel.

Location and comfort in the room. Front desk staff were friendly and supportive at all times.

I didn't like the response from booking.com, it was very slow. Especially when I contacted the customer service through priority messaging system on the website. Housekeeping minor issues required improvement in the hotel but was often addressed very quickly by the hotel staff.

Our experience at St. Regis was phenomenal! The staff was amazing - the accommodations beyond expectations!

1-Non availability of an executive lounge, gieven that I have booked a suite. 2- inconsistency of house keeping services. Sometimes it is amazing, and sometimes below expectation.

This was our first trip to Toronto. We were so happy to explore some of the highlights of this city. The room was amazing. We splurged and made this a trip of the utmost comfort.

The bathroom tissue was so thin. For such an exquisite hotel, my only recommendation would be to have a bit better quality bathroom tissue.

The staff are the best! The walk from the elevator to the room…immaculate. The bedroom…comfortable and charming. I could live there.

The lobby area and Astor lounge could do with a more pristine/upscale look.

Nearly everything. Very good restaurant Louix Loui on the 31 floor. Fresh and comfortable rooms. A lot of elevators with low waiting time. Valet parking (fast & you could ask for the car simply scanning the barcode) Very good bathroom - beautifully designed and comfortable to use.

The air conditioning was not so powerful to have such a warm blanket)))
