Convenience, simple room, it had a refrigerator, microwave, tv and air-conditioner and there were washrooms and showers down the hall and a communal kitchen.

Wasn't there long enough for any problems.

Travelling to TO all I want is a room with a bed, a lock on the door, and access to a bathroom. I appreciate a clean room with control over the temperature. That's it. I got everything I wanted for a cheap rate (by TO standards. Expectation is everything. Expect what you need. Saint Lawrence was perfect.

Walking distance to CN tower and the metro system so it was easy to get around to places we wanted to go. Room was small but clean and had an extra blanket. Bed was firm which I am not used to but still comfortable which was nice. The staff was friendly and they had wifi for guests

The parking was pay to use and across the street. We drove there but used local transit to travel in Toronto. Had to circle around the block a couple times to find parking and be able to get access to it

convenient location, it was quiet at night. Nice that it was only a few blocks from the St. Lawrence Market. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A number of homeless shelters in the immediate area and various homeless individuals in the streets. However, I was never actually bothered by any of the homeless other than some other f them asking for money. As a single traveling male, I felt pretty safe in the area.

Only one night stay in a shared bathroom room with street view. Place is great compared to price. Room very clean also bathrooms (many and all clean). Staff (manager) very helpful and flexible with my early departure to be awake and deliver back deposit.

Not very comfortable bed.

Very friendly and professional Staff. Easy to get around, close to metro Super Market, tram acces to city ,union station and gerrad st east to find local and economical food and groceries .Also air-conditioned room with attach bath , full size fridge, iron, crockery.

exceptionally clean linens, towels, bathrobes, sheets, and staff was kind and friendly

facility was run down and carpets and common areas were not clean. Bathrooms were clean but not undated.

The staff were exceptional...wonderful an welcoming....the location was convenient...the stay was exceptionally good ☀️....surprisingly...above my expectations...I would stay again...simple yet comfortable.

The place is clean, it is downtown so you are lucky because everything is just a little walk away!

Tissues in the bathroom and a small supply of plastic cups would have been convenient to have.
