Loved the room, the pool and staff was very helpful. Unique facility, huge beautiful room and bathroom, loved the complimentary bath salts, excellent breakfast service delivered outside my door. Great coffee, water and tea self service outside my room.

The hotel was gorgeous. Slight difficulty getting the cases up the steps but the stay made up for it. The room was beautiful, far exceeding my expectations. Breakfast was delicious and big! It was left outside the door for 08:00 every morning. I declined turn down at night but the room was always cleaned the next morning. I didn’t use the other amenities because I had tours booked so didn’t have time. The hotel was also close to everywhere I wanted to go and for your pick ups. Very central.

Forgot to tell them the TV didn’t work, but I only used it on the last night and it didn’t bother me and certainly didn’t ruin my stay.

The room and staff were absolutely top-notch! Always willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

One of our nights, the restaurant employees were quite noisy when closing the restaurant, around 11:30. The hotel staff apologized profusely for it. Fortunately the noise lasted only about 1/2 hour.

The room was very nice

It was a maze to get to and from the room. The elevator had to be operated by the staff. It felt very confined. The belcony was right across from office building where they could look directly in our room.

My mom's review. We treated her. I was looking for luxury, comfort and a bit of pampering and The Ivy did not disappoint. Excellent shopping is also within walking distance. A uniquely decorated, spacious room with a comfy king sized bed and an oversized chair and ottoman to relax and watch TV. A deep soaker bathtub with a variety of scented epsom salts offered a warm indulgence. French doors opened onto my private terrace overlooking the inner courtyard, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Dinner at George Restaurant was a culinary delight. Each bite offered unique flavours to pique the taste buds. Continental breakfast served in the room was both healthy (yogurt, fresh fruit, granola) and decadent (buttery croissants). Heavenly! My day at Sweetgrass Spa was so tranquil and rejuvenating. Excellent spa services offered by very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this boutique hotel!

Lovely room, and building. Facilities were great. My only comment would be about the breakfast, being the same everyday and getting 3 pastries when there are 2 people, should 4 pastries :)

Coffee/tea facilities in the room would be better.

Everything was very good apart from breakfast, which was a bit disappointing. Fruit was past it’s best, orange juice was from carton and muffin was dry.

Great location, very private once you are in. We had an excellent room.

Breakfast is limited and our order came through 1 day, after that back to standard😂

We did not like the plastic slippers which are uncomfortable. I understand the need to avoid unnecessary waste but they are really no good the telly was a bit complicated the location cannot be helped but is verging on very seedy

The breakfast was delicious. The pastries were fresh baked and divine.

The pool was down for maintenance. I wish they had told us before.
