Very welcoming B&B hosts. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well designed. It is a room in a residential townhouse in a quiet lane of Toronto. The roome was clean and quiet and great for a few nights stay in the city. Street parking was included, and convenient.

As a first time tourist to Toronto, I may have rather stayed in a different neighborhood. Beyond that, no complaints.

Hosts were very friendly and the room was clean. Bed was comfortable and the host helped us navigate to where we were hoping to start our sightseeing. He very kindly had coffee ready for us in the morning, though we woke up too late to enjoy it. Water pressure in the shower was quiet low, but everything else was perfect! If we need to stay in Toronto again, would be happy to rebook.

A Seaton Dream met all of our wishful expectations. Jamie was a very sincere, engaging host and a talented cook providing us with healthy breakfasts presented with a creative flair. Our room (The Retreat Room) was quiet, cosy, very functional and super clean. Breakfast was best when Jamie joined in the conversation as he offered personal stories and experiences that added significantly to the warmth of our stay.

As a city, Toronto reflects the challenges of a modern society, where too many of the residents struggle to overcome their challenges on a daily basis, however A Seaton Dream is an oasis of calm, caring and hospitality for those lucky enough to stay there.

The only negative point is that the property is located in a part of the city that there are many homeless and addicted people. They are not dangerous or offensive, however it doesn’t seems pleasant to see them.

Beautiful house on a charming street. Room very stylishly decorated and comfortable. Special mention should go to the hosts Jamie and Allan, they are totally exceptional, helpful, empathetic and hospitable. Always smiling and ready to support. Jamie's breakfasts are wonderful, to this day we still remember his English muffins. If we are in Toronto we will definitely come back!

The house is lovely and the owners are really friendly. Really close to the attractions I wanted to use. The patio was lovely to use and relax in. Would deffo stay again before was comfy and relaxing. The room and whole house is super clean.

Perfect stay and I loved it, it's Toronto so you do need your wits about you on night time but don't let that put you off staying there

The house is absolutely gorgeous as well as the room. Everything was clean and cozy when I arrived. I really enjoyed spending my mornings out on the private balcony!

The only annoyance during my stay was a lot of construction in the surrounding neighborhood but of course that’s no fault of the owner. He gave me recommendations and directions of where to go in the city!

The home is beautiful, and you really feel like you're staying at a friend's place. We had a balcony on our room, which was a huge plus. Jaime and Alan are very kind hosts. The immediate neighborhood is full of cute homes, and the street parking was pretty simple, even on a Friday evening. We really hope to come back again!

The literal only downside to the location is that the nearest public transit is the TRAM station on Dundas St., which was a very dicey area, and not ideal for people from out of town to navigate. We felt more comfortable taking Ubers because of that.

Amazing hosts who are very kind, sharing good ideas about the city and theirs recommendations for dinner (we had 2 delicious restaurants). Our room and bathroom werd spacious and clean. The breakfast (if ordered) is delicious and more than worth its money! In summary, enjoy the place with its superb hosts- many thanks to Alan and Jamie.

We didn’t meet Jamie but Alan was a great host, who couldn’t do enough for you. The house is a 20 minute walk to downtown. Room was spacious and comfortable. Great shower. The Breakfasts were fantastic and we enjoyed our chats with Alan. On the day of checkout as we had an early flight Alan prepared a take away breakfast for us.

Nothing to dislike.
