The location was great - right across from the subway, but also right in the heart of Pride. The decoration/aesthetic was good. The bed was comfy, shower was strong and hot, space was enough for one person. The whole checkin/out is done online through the app - with even a mobile key option to unlock the house and room.

The room 101 is in the basement and you can hear the subway. They provide ear plugs, but it would have been nice to know before. You need to upload things/use their app so make sure to do before or have data/wifi.

Property was in a good location, a little north of downtown but still close enough to quickly get there if needed. The room was a basement room, a little warm but the air con kept the room cool. Bed was a good size, tea and coffee making was good. Was also nice not to need keycards, just the Sonder app. Was good to be able to use my home tv subscription services to watch tv.

My room was above the subway lines and the early morning services woke me up, even over the white noise of the air con. Also would have liked some vending machines on the property for cold drinks rather than rely on the nearby convenience stores.

Fabulous location, very central, right on the edge of the Village. Although it is next to a pub and a main road, the noise level in the room was absolutely fine. Access to the room, luggage storage etc was very smooth with the key code. Good shower facilities and nice to have a range of teas in the room. Bed was comfortable, enough towels were provided and the air con worked really well. Nice to have the outdoor courtyard.

Would have been nice to have a way to wash the mugs or coffee machine properly! Room is very small with only one chair. Although the facilities precisely matched the description of the room on booking.com, I didn't have access to this description (wasn't sent it again as part of the confirmation) so didn't remember exactly what we would have or not have. Would also have been good to have all info printed and readily available in the room, not just on the app - e.g. about use of the luggage storage space, courtyard, trash and recycling facilities.

It was absolutely amazing! Really close to many restaurants, shops, museums and local transportation. I loved I could easily walk to many places, and the room was a great comfort after being outdoors all day. I almost immediately fell asleep since the bed was so soft and warm.I felt secure in my room.

The AC was very dusty, so I never used it. I found a piece of energetic bar in one of the drawers (I guess it was from a previous guest). Some of the other guests were disrespectful, and made noise in the middle of the night.

Smaller room than expected (out of our control), no door on shower made it very hard to keep the bathroom dry, shower head could use a good cleaning, outlet to the right of the bed was loose and plugs fell out very easily, lack of amenities (I.e. microwave, mini fridge)

The room is cosy, the bathroom is lovely and room itself is decorated nicely. There is a transport link opposite and trains run frequently. The location is very close to a shopping mall. Overall, a nice stay in Toronto

The room is very small and the price we paid for the room was quite a lot, more on the expensive side of stays in our trip. There is no elevator which can cause some issues but wasn’t a problem for us.

Descriptions were correct, you could hear the subway line a little bit, room #303, but with no problem for me (though I am quite sensitive). a small hotel, very clean and enough space. very central location. It is possible to leave luggage after check-out and before check-in, the keycode works all day - before check-in (6 am) and after checkout (till 10 pm) - an information very valuable. For late check-out you have to request 24 hours in advance, I did not remember seeing that information, though you get many text message notifications (so you need to have a data plan on your phone)

Location amazing if you want to be in the middle of everything that is the village, couldn't be more central, and yet just far enough out to be quiet as well. Room a good size, clean, comfortable, having no room key was great in my opinion, no worries about misplacing it, just a key code to get in, so much easier.

Only thing I found confusing was that the cold water ran hot at times, it made it difficult at first to actually work out which was which! I did meet other patrons who had difficulty with their key codes not working, however I had no issues with mine. The only downside to staying here is no real facility to store luggage on your day of departure, as your key codes are deactivated after check in time, so you have to store luggage elsewhere and pay for it.

The room was clean, the interior new/modern and the location excellent. With the App you could open the doors with your smartphone instead of having to type the code. If you needed more toilet paper, trash bags etc you could take some from the basement.

It was really noisy in the night - the walls & floors are not isolated and we also heard noises from the street through the window (bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper). The room was a bit too small for two people with luggages - if you travel alone with just a backpack it would be perfect.

The location and the style of the property and furnishings. And the Sonder staff was always easy to contact and pleasant communicate with. Very much appreciated.

There was an issue with the hot water for my entire stay, there was absolutely no hot water. It put a huge damper on my trip especially since the weather where I was visiting turned rainy. Even tho this was out of the control of the staff, in the end they made sure I was happy with my stay despite the hot water situation.
