Loved the location, central to much and great walking to nearby restaurants, business meetings and shopping. Cleaning staff was thorough and responsive!

When i checked in late at night 11:30pm having pre-paid for my 5 night stay and a loyal bonvoy member , the team didn't have a way to accept apple pay cc for incidentals. it took an escalation to the mgr and filling in an email (30min) to get to my room. I was very frustrated and disappointed. I felt the $350/night rate was higher than the value, given it is an older venue, and a bit outdated.

The property is in a great location a 2 minute walk from College subway station that will take you right down to Union. Cleaning staff made sure that the room was clean and tidy at all times. The staff were all friendly and helpful! We had booked a night flight therefore needed somewhere to store our bags, and they were more than happy to accommodate. Also the margaritas and espresso martinis at the bar are great!! I felt very safe at the location and I will definitely be staying again next time I’m in Toronto

The location was super central, all in walking distance to the city center and key sightseeings. The staff (restaurant, service desk, valet parking) was very helpful and accommodating and we appreciated it a lot. We allowed to checkin 2 hours earlier which was fantastic and leave our luggages after the check out to explore the city. Additionally, we were able to also leave our car for longer at the valet parking company which made our day perfect! The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable including the cushions! The breakfast was also of a good quality (coffee, juice, fruit, egg & bacon bun). We enjoyed our stay!

The wall isolation is not great and we could sometimes hear the noise coming from the corridor. Also, the placement of the sink was a bit odd (outside of the bathroom) but not a deal breaker. Overall we had a nice experience.

Location and facilities were good. Close to Collage metro station and many restaurants. Hotel staff even accommodated our request for early check in and late check out.

Breakfast should have been included in the price. Continental breakfast was provided only for Marriot Bonvoy members. Despite being a member, we could not avail this option as breakfast was closed earlier than 10am. Lift was bit noisy, and we experienced in the night as our room was just behind lift lobby

Great location in the heart of Toronto downtown. Multiple grocery stores, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants, etc., within walking distance from the hotel. Eaton Centre around the corner. Subway, street car, and bus access - all a block away from the hotel. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Daily housekeeping service. Complementary washing machine and dryer service during guests stay (self-service ; front desk kindly provides laundry detergent). The hotel Bistro was very good. Nice local beers and food (for purchase).

The hotel is a bit dated.

I had breakfast and dinner at The Marriott--both meals were excellent. My food was cooked and made beautifully--the breakfast burrito was especially good, as were the Med grain salad and burger. And the local lager really topped off my supper. You staff were very accomodating, helpful and pleasant, at once professional and friendly. Housekeeping service staff were also very helpful, professional and friendly, and they made me feel very welcome. Housekeeping does an excellent job at The Courtyard Marriott Toronto--I really appreciated how clean the rooms and common hotel spaces were kept. Front Desk Staff were very knowledgable and professional as well--they provided clear information and were very pleasant, patient and accommodating throughout my stay.

We stayed at Courtyard Toronto Downtown in late November, and it was a great experience. The location is superb, right by Younge Street, close to the cross with Dundas (Toronto's version of Times Square), so it was super close to a lot of restaurants open until very late, a pharmacy/convenience store open 24/7, shopping malls, metro, and honestly almost everything you need to be close by when visiting the city. The Staff was super helpful and the room was big and clean. We also ate at the restaurant once for breakfast and we enjoyed the options they had. I would definitely stay at the place again if I returned to Toronto.

The only thing I didn't exactly love was because our room was accessible to wheelchair users (not sure if it was every room in the hotel or just a couple of them - and if is it every room congrats to the place!!), the bathroom door was a sliding door, so it didn't close completely. I like to have full privacy when in the bathroom, so I wish the door didn't have those gaps. To be clear, the bathroom door was quite far from the sleeping area, and the gaps weren't that large but, you get it, the door didn't close 100% and this buged me quite a bit.

With the exception of one gentleman at the front desk, who seemed dismissive and impatient with my questions regarding taxis in the area: all staff members are very friendly and courteous. (particularly housekeeping) The breakfast and service at the bar is great. Beds are comfortable as well. The rooms are a bit old and dingy (damaged and stained wallpaper) and it seemed overpriced for what the environment and esthetics of the room offered.

Hotel is easily accessible. Close to College St. subway station and other public transit. Good restaurants nearby. Staff really good. Room very clean and comfortable. Beds great. Nice, very quite A/C system. Quick check-in and check-out. Valet parking nice.

The valet parking is non-optional and at $52.00 per night plus tax, is a bit stiff. Not a fan of the sliding bathroom door. Noisy and not lockable. No decaf in the in-room coffee service. The regular was fine for my son.

Very nice hotel in a centralized location. Seems to have been recently remodeled. Clean. Nice staff always ready to answer any questions or take care of any needs. Nice restaurant area with a lot of grab and go options.

Only options of valet parking which was quite expensive or parking in a paid lot next door which I had to wake up around 6am every morning to re-up the meter for the day. But it was very affordable.
