On the website when I was comparing prices, it said that $50 a day valet parking was available or you could self park with not price listed. Self-parking seemed it would be no charge. When we arrived we were told it was $40 a day. I might have selected a different hotel if I had known this. Why list prices of the rooms if you are not going to list additional parking charges. This makes it impossible to compare best value.

We loved the breakfast staff, especially Don. Don knew exactly what we would like for all of our meals in the 7 days we were at the hotel. The concierge was also excellent and helped us with all of our needs. They were patient with our questions and helped us at all times with our large family. There are simple things that they did, like opening the door and greeting you warmly, that was a lovely touch that made our experience better. I also loved the housekeeping crew in floors 5 and 6. They made sure to take care of everything and made our rooms spic and span regardless of the time. When conversing with them, they were extremely friendly. Anything that was needed at a reasonable extent was given. I also loved the cold water, the iced coffee, the wine and pizza, and other amenities in the lobby. It was also one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in!

No mention of a limo/taxi service from the airport to hotel but this was the only knock in what is otherwise an amazing stay

Pretty much everything about our stay was fantastic. A special thanks to the receptionist who did our check in - I didn't catch her name - gifted us a bottle of red wine upon hearing that we were getting married. Much appreciated gesture, thanks again. I also liked that there are some affordable Green P parking options within easy walking distance of the hotel, and I generally love where the hotel is situated, only steps away from TTC subway (lines 1, 2).

Water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Daily parking rates are a bit excessive so we opted for nearby Green P lots.

Breakfasts good. Excellent location with easy access to lots of interesting shops, restaurants, bars cafés (going westwards on Bloor West) and museums, Bata Shoe Museum just opposite and ROM, Gardiner museums a short walk eastwards. Wine hour very good.

Longe area by reception a bit small - but additional seating in corridor and area beyond bar/restaurant.

We have been coming for 4 years because at the beginning it was because we love to tour Koreatown but now it’s a sense of belonging! The way the staff always make you feel like Family and not just a guest! I love how I receive a text almost right away after we get to our room to see to see how everything is and they do that everyday! Such a wonderful touch! We recommend the Kimpton Saint George to everyone we know we honestly do!

There is absolutely nothing we don’t like about The Kimpton Saint George!

I stayed here last year and liked it so much that I booked it again. It's comfortable and in a convenient location for getting around the city by public transportation as well as finding things that you might need close by. Parking was accessible in the building and there are a variety of restaurants in the surrounding area. The University of Toronto is spread out on the neighboring streets, and it feel safe.

Restaurant with reasonable prices on site, free coffee and tea in the lobby in the morning, free wine during certain hours, friendly staff, decent check out time comparing to other places, generally clean rooms and pleasant design.

Pretty pricey parking and no discount for hotel customers. Some mold in the bathroom in certain spots, which kinda surprised me, considering that the rest of the room was very clean.

Very nice boutique hotel- central location, free coffee bar in lobby, very comfy beds. Kind staff. They let me check in early, which was also very nice.

Nothing major. They brought a Nespresso machine up to room, which happened not to work. They were a little cranky about bringing a new one, but did in due course. Not sure it’s worth the high price point, but I suppose you’re paying for location.

Breakfast not included in hotel price (would recommend nearby cafe L'Espresso Bar Mercurio). Mornings, the hotel offers free coffee and tea in the foyer (quality is good). Evenings they sometimes have wine tasting from local vintners. Proximity of good restaurants and public transit stations is a strength of this hotel. The hotel is situated in a good neighborhood.

The rooms are not large, and they could do with a little more closet space.

I inadvertently made a mistake by booking two rooms and the staff helped me work through the cancellation, and all was handled professionally. The hotel was exceptional and we enjoyed the hospitality.

All good - loved the location and room was comfortable. We appreciate the afternoon wine service in the lobby.
