On the website when I was comparing prices, it said that $50 a day valet parking was available or you could self park with not price listed. Self-parking seemed it would be no charge. When we arrived we were told it was $40 a day. I might have selected a different hotel if I had known this. Why list prices of the rooms if you are not going to list additional parking charges. This makes it impossible to compare best value.

Pretty much everything about our stay was fantastic. A special thanks to the receptionist who did our check in - I didn't catch her name - gifted us a bottle of red wine upon hearing that we were getting married. Much appreciated gesture, thanks again. I also liked that there are some affordable Green P parking options within easy walking distance of the hotel, and I generally love where the hotel is situated, only steps away from TTC subway (lines 1, 2).

Water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Daily parking rates are a bit excessive so we opted for nearby Green P lots.

We have been coming for 4 years because at the beginning it was because we love to tour Koreatown but now it’s a sense of belonging! The way the staff always make you feel like Family and not just a guest! I love how I receive a text almost right away after we get to our room to see to see how everything is and they do that everyday! Such a wonderful touch! We recommend the Kimpton Saint George to everyone we know we honestly do!

Breakfast not included in hotel price (would recommend nearby cafe L'Espresso Bar Mercurio). Mornings, the hotel offers free coffee and tea in the foyer (quality is good). Evenings they sometimes have wine tasting from local vintners. Proximity of good restaurants and public transit stations is a strength of this hotel. The hotel is situated in a good neighborhood.

The rooms are not large, and they could do with a little more closet space.

Location was just across from the Shoe Museum and down the street from Royal Ontario Museum and the Ceramics Museum. There was a subway stop in half a block making it easy to get around the city by mass transit. The hotel provided coffee, chilled fruit flavored water, and wine in the lobby. We went to a food market and bought a bunch of cheeses to try, and needed a picnic blanket. The hotel loaned us one! Very nice staff!

The bar was not great. It was noisy and the bartender ignored us. We decided to meet in the lobby instead.

Spacious rooms, clean, good location, pet friendly

Were told parking on site when we got there only valet at $45 per day. One man kindly refunded this for us. However, when the car was returned, petrol had been used and mileage up as well as passenger seat moved. Told it was being looked into but never given a final verdict. Also concerning valet not employed by hotel and a third party. We also requested extra cat litter brought up and got a passive aggressive note stating they expect us to clear up after our own cats. This is fine and what we were expecting to do, but could not do without the litter, hence the request for extra litter

Beautiful boutique hotel, in lovely neighborhood. The room was very comfortable and spacious - the decor was particularly nice. All the staff were all very helpful. The complimentary coffees, hot chocolates and other treats in the lobby were a nice touch. Good location close to subway stop and short walk to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again!

- I enjoyed that the location was central enough to be a 20 min cab from downtown and Yorkdale mall equally. - The gym was small but had plenty of equipment and the 3x I went there was no more than 1 other person. - The restaurant/bar in the lobby was great! Good food options for breakfast/lunch/dinner. In the evenings there is live music some days, Saturdays a DJ spins 90s/2000s hits. Really fun time. - Wine happy hour/tasting every day from 5-6. Good opportunity to meet other guests.

- Although students were on break, I think, there is a university nearby and a college bar too. - Apparently not all rooms are of the same size even if they're the same classification. My friend was in the same type of room as me and said it was noticeably bigger than mine.

I liked everything EXCEPT that you can hear the lift all night even if you are far away from it - not good for light sleepers (though luckily didn't affect my sleep). Location was fab and staff were very friendly

The bed was very comfortable and I liked that there was a yoga mat. Staff were friendly, especially the door man. The location is quite good.

I realize that you offer coffee in the lobby but it is not great and most hotels with that charge these room rates normally have a Nespresso machine in the room. There was a bare lightbulb in the entryway of my room but overall it was comfortable.
