Only give one key and fob. It is kind of hard to arrange for 4 people when we have different plans, even go to the sauna with different genders.

The stay was excellent and hassle-free. The unit comes fully equipped—just bring your personal belongings. It’s incredibly convenient, with direct indoor access to both a grocery store and the subway, so there’s no need to step outside. Waste and recycling disposal are straightforward, and the TV includes access to Netflix and Disney+. The host was very responsive and quick to communicate. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay in Toronto.

I would have appreciated having a stainless steel pan available, as I prefer to cook with non-toxic materials.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to spend a ton of time in the room, as I came in extremely late and left extremely early. However, the apartment was clean, modern, and the view of the city from the balcony was amazing! I really wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it more, but I'm certain that I would have continued to be happy with my experience if I was there for a longer period.

Understanding the parking situation and retrieving keys was a bit chaotic for me. Instructions were provided, but they confused me a bit. Either way, I found the key and found my parking spot, so all was well.

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, and the location was excellent and easy access to subway.Communication and responses from the staff was quick. However, we had an issue with the mattresses in two of the bedrooms, which were uncomfortable. We contacted the staff multiple times to replace them because we developed back pain, but no action was taken. Also, the elevator operated with a key fob, and we were only given one set of keys for four of us . We were charged extra for a second set. Additionally, we had requested a check-out extension from the day of booking, but it was not approved until the last day. Since we had many suitcases and the building had no luggage storage room, we had to pay for a full extra day just to stay 4 more hours, even though the apartment was available that day. But totally our stay was good

This place was an absolute gem! Honestly, the pictures didn’t do the unit justice — it was even more beautiful in person. The view from the second bedroom was breathtaking at night, and my son absolutely loved gazing out the window. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought and love into decorating the space and making sure every little detail was taken care of. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free holiday. Truly a perfect property — I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Compact and nice apartment with all the needed appliances (dish washer, washing machine, etc). Direct access from the building to metro made it easy to commute towards downtown. Our youngest one also enjoyed the really nice swimming pool area in the backyard. There would have been possibilities for barbaque etc, if we would have stayed longer.

Nothing that would have bothered too much. If anything, there could have been more tableware, we were kind of running out of plates, spoons etc. constantly.

This apartment was exceptional , let starttalking about location , it was excellent Whole food was accessible from the parking lot and walking distance to a variety of restaurants on Yonge Street was super , We enjoy walking because it was a neat area to explore for Dinning , the apartment is a beautiful ,big and very comfortable , we had 2 bathrooms a big balcony and the kitchen was modern and what we could see has everything that you need if you want to prepare your own meals , for us we did not because there were to many choices of restaurants that we did not need it, also on the building the facilities like jacuzzi indoor and outdoor and the outdoor pool, as well sauna was a temptation to relax after a long day doing activities in town that we took advance because they open until 11:30 pm which was a plus . We saw that the train was on the corner on the building which is very convenient if you want to explore Toronto by train because has connections to other transportation systems. Beds were very comfortable, overall we a had a very pleasant stay , it’s a good apto for families, but is a plus for everyone. Great neighborhood , super safe and location is a plus, We love it our stay Thank you

We do not see anything that we could complaint, actually we are very anxious of coming back for another adventure in Toronto

This property is right on a metro line and has an amazing view. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had all necessary items such as towels, plates, shower supplies, etc. The kitchen was well-equipped. I enjoyed the fact that there was a king sized bed as well as a queen sized bed to fit more people in the space. I also enjoyed having a parking space in the building. It was very easy to communicate with Globalstay, and they were quite prompt in their responses to any questions I had before arrival. I definitely recommend this apartment!

Ideally there are two sets of Keys. I was provided only one set and advised to pay$50/- for additional set of keys.it was inconvenient if myself and my spouse had to leave on come to the apartment at different time. It is not that we must go out together. So keys were an issue that caused inconvenience. Hosts like DelSuites or Airbnb always provide two sets of Keys.

The common areas and the amenities: walking grounds, grills, pool, gym, sauna, spa … all fantastic!

The garage door opener was not working. It took a full day to fix… inconvenient, but the Globalstay staff responded as soon as they could. In the end, the building concierge had to reset the system for the building. Once done, the key fob worked.
