The highlight for me is always the staff. I like people who smile and say hello. I would say that 90% of the staff seem friendly and professional

The receptionist at check-in sounded like every step in the process was rehearsed, leaving no room for a sincere welcome. I always stay at this hotel when I come to Markham. This year alone, I was in your hotel in May, June, and now July. I have to return in November and December and will probably stay with you again. Even as a member, I was not recognized or appreciated for my repeat business. Asking questions that you need answered without any consideration for the guest does not make for a good reception. She asks NO questions about me.

The staff and facilities were great, friendly and accommodating. I certainly would recommend the hotel to friends. I felt safe and the location was close enough to the subway, which we used to get to the ball game. The bed and bedding were comfortable and warm.

The instructions for using the coffee maker were ambiguous and incomplete. I was not able to get a cup of coffee until my 2nd day and after 2 or 3 attempts. Perhaps the instructions could be clearer, such as plugging it in before doing anything with the pods and water. There were not enough towels at the pool. There was a family and when my friends and I went swimming, the towels were all gone. So that meant a trip back to my room soaking wet. Perhaps pool towels should be left in the room, thereby assuring a pool user that they can dry off.

The room was quite spacious and clean. There are mirrors and reading lights on either side of the bed, and there is plenty of storage space if you are coming for a long stay. It was one of the most comfortable stays!

The only caveat is the location and nearby area. If you are looking for a place to stay while visiting Toronto, it may be best to come with a car, as public transportation is tricky. It also isn't in a walkable neighbourhood, but otherwise, there are not many complaints!

HASSAN!!! Hassan is an outstanding server and customer expert. He is one of the main reasons I keep coming back! You have a rare gem!! He is professional, yet personable, he is fast, yet meticulous, and to top it off, he remembers you from your previous stay- even if it has been over 8 months since your last visit.

The location is rough, any way you slice it. Not a whole lot going on around the hotel and it's tough when you're staying for a few nights. Only so many places to eat. ;)

There seemed to be some confusion as to whether Marriott membership should be added to this reservation. This because I booked through 3rd party. Coffee machine in room didnt work.

This was the perfect location to where I had to work Don Valley, 401 and 407. Plenty of restaurants.

The cost of the breakfast was extreme. For the two ofus it was 70.00 I t was very good. But lacked substance.

Perfect location right next to the exit of HWY 404. Tons of eateries around and you don't need to worry about food. Walking distance to J-Town.

Quite noisy in the morning if you got a room facing the hotel's garbage area and the garbage truck came to collect. 1 free small bottle of water only for a family room of 4.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and bathroom was bigger than expected as well. Beds were comfortable.
