Very happy with my stay. It is built like a motel/hostel with no elevator, however, the rooms were very clean and immaculate. Breakfast is more of a bagel, quick on-the-go situation but I didn't mind ordering extra. All our family events were in the Markham-Scarborough area so it was ideal for us but it would be very far from Downtown. Housekeeping is only available every other day. The reception informs you of everything beforehand. You can buy snacks and water but they only accept cash or you can charge it to the room. Overall, I was very happy with my stay because I just wanted a nice clean room with all amenities ☺️ there is a pool on site as well and the TV has all apps available like Netflix, Disney plus etc (I'm not sure if they have valid subscriptions in place or if you have to use your own).

its our 2nd time here and the renovation turn out pretty well, the room interior and cleanliness plus the sliding door access to the grass/side back area which is a plus one since we always travel with out dog.

The noise outside, you'll definetely here everyone passing by. We were also given the first room near the lobby and accross the pantry room. I woke up at 5:30 because of the noise. We had our dog with us who has an anxiety, good thing she doesn't bark a lot but she was so anxious with the early morning noise.

The room was great, ideal for a family trip. The property is also well situated with lots of parking spots, and offers a good breakfast selection. The staff were helpful as well, overall wonderful experience. We didn't get to explore the other amenities like Pool etc because of the weather, but would definitely recommend checking out the property if you are visiting Markham/Toronto and want a nice place to stay.

There's no elevator in the hotel, so if you are travelling with people who face issues climbing stairs, it's not ideal. Otherwise, everything else was great.

I liked the ambience of the room... simple. I liked being at the back of the building away from traffic where it was ok to open the curtains and let in daylight.... private. I liked the pool. Next time I'll bring my bathing suit!! I liked that the desk space that was expandable. There was plenty of room to spread out with papers and computer.

I found the lights very bright. A dimmer would have been good, especially on the reading lamps beside the bed.

They had an issue with the type of room I had reserved, however offered a more than favourable and satisfactory option.

Check in took a little long, however not for others, just something with mine. The breakfast was very minimal

The semi enclosed pet area was fantastic with easy access. Thank you!

For the price point I would have liked to see a hot breakfast. I am currently snowed in from returning home to Manitoba and if I had still needed the room I would have been disappointed without hot food.

Nostalgic of the 90s, this is hotel reminds me of my childhood. It's a little dated but super clean. Love the easy access at floor level and the pool and gym are pretty great. Location is awesome, there's lots of resturants, and malls near by.

I did not have the breakfast Beds were extremely comfy with good pillows Room was very clean Carpets looked new I had a pleasant stay and was very pleased with the hotel

There was nothing for me to not like

Very friendly staff, as it was recently renovated, all the rooms look new, very comfortable and clean.

Coffee machine in the room would be nice. They do have a breakfast area but I had to get dressed to get coffee.

The venue was clean and well kept. The staff were friendly, Subashkar was very helpful. Overall, it was a good experience. We would stay there again.
