I loved the friendly,accommodating staff, and super clean facilities.Great value for our family stay. The little kitchenettes helped us feed and care for our little ones on their schedules. Close to Tim Hortons (2 blocks away) plus great coffee in our rooms. Lovely linens. Would definitely stay there again. Oh yes and free parking right at the building....much appreciated.

Maybe in the nice common room if there had been a vending machine with some small bottles of milk,cream, apples, individual cheese and cracker snacks, that would be nice to have there someday...not junk food, just healthy snacks💖

Cheap option for short stay (fam. of 5) in Toronto. Quiet area and walking distance to the Toronto subway (Yellow line). It felt like a safe space!

Few more cups and glasses in the room for 5 people.

Location is great for attending events at Rogers Stadium; there is a bus route from Sheppard-Yonge to the stadium. Our stay was comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

The fold-out couch worked but folded out almost into the bathroom which was inconvenient. Not a dealbreaker by any means but a bit inconvenient.

The location was ideal- about a kilometer from where my conference was held, with an easy walking path. The hotel room was well appointed, I was pleasantly surprised with the robes and other amenities provided. I will definitely be staying again if I need to go to York

Room was large. Really large. It has all required equipment - like cups, forks etc. Bedroom and kitchen. Also there was a coffee machine, that surprised me. Hotel was empty, so it was quite. Staff is great and tries to helps you with everything. Heating works good. In summer, if it is hot - air conditioning is located not in front of the bed - so risk to get a flue.

Internet is not very fast Parking is small. There is a chance that when you arrive there can be no space Location - its too far away from city center. Not ideal for tourists No elevator Soundproofing is very low

I‘ve been living in this area for 2 years. I passed by this hotel many times. Just stay for 3 nights here to wait for my condo to get prepared. The room that I lived is clean and spacious for me. The staff is helpful. One lady helped me move my pretty heavy baggages to my room since they don’t have elevator. Overall, Staying here is satisfying my needs.

Well, Although I only stay here for 3 nights, there is nobody to do the housekeeping. I’m not sure if you have to call the front office to get your room cleaned. Also, the bathroom air vent is super annoying. Too noisy!

Location was great. In a nice neighborhood and felt safe there. Free parking. Large room with fridge, 2 tvs. Staff very nice. Beds very comfortable.

Everything was nice. My only suggestion would be the carpets could use a clean.

Excellent location close to shops, restaurants and it is not far from the metro station. The hotel is quiet, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

A laundry service in the hotel would be useful to have.

Close to all amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you Hannah and Sagar(front desk staff) for being so helpful. Love the soft bath robs and especially the slippers. These are extra that even much pricier hotels don’t provide. Nice touch!

Dated. They are supposed to be Renovating. Need more drawers to put away clothings. Can use another chair.

Cute little boutique hotel. Front desk staff was so welcoming and the room was spacious and clean.

Not close to downtown but was perfect for visiting our friends in North York.
