I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job—although my room was missed once, they were otherwise excellent. The location is super convenient, close to major roads and a large outlet mall, making it easy to get around and enjoy some shopping. Another big plus is the free parking in the area, which made everything even more convenient.

While my stay had many positives, there were a few drawbacks. One of the front desk representatives, who usually worked in the afternoon, was quite unpleasant to me—possibly due to my nationality—which left a negative impression. Additionally, my room's curtains couldn't be fully closed, preventing complete darkness and affecting my sleep quality. Another issue was the gym; it was very small, with barely any equipment and not even a basic workout bench. These aspects could definitely be improved to enhance the guest experience.

I really appreciated the comfortable beds, the cleanliness of the room, and how spacious everything was. It made for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The air conditioning unit was quite loud, which was a bit disruptive. Additionally, there wasn’t a coffee and tea area downstairs. Although the room had coffee and tea facilities, I would have appreciated having decaf coffee available in a common area, as many other hotels offer.

Our stay was very comfortable. Mukul at the front desk was exceptionally kind and friendly. We were put into a newly renovated upgrade on the fifth floor, which was modern and clean. My husband enjoyed the pool and the whirlpool as well. There is plenty of parking available too

Our room was nice and quiet until a group of young men, whom I assumed were from a hockey team, were running from one room to another, letting the doors bang shut and yelling to each other down the hall. It got quieter after 11:00 pm so I didn’t end up calling the front desk. But I will next time.

The location was great. Easy to get to. It was clean and comfortable. The room was a decent size. I loved the walk in shower but bathroom door didn’t lock. The restaurant on main floor was good.

The pool area wasn’t well ventilated. When we walked in you could really smell the chlorine and was hurting the eyes. We had to leave early because my youngest was having a hard time to breathe. Also our upstairs neighbour decided was good ideal to let you kids run across the room for a few hours in the early hours of the morning. We called to complain about it and not sure if they got told but it didn’t stop. No respect for quit hours.

The room was very comfortable. Both the room and the place overall were very clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was courteous and professional. It is not my first time at Novotel, I love the location and the fact that breakfast is included. Joby was our server Saturday and Sunday, and I have one word to describe his service: Outstanding! He was so courteous, attentive, always with a smile, and flexible with our requests. And we were happy to see that there were some renovations going on, meaning that the hotel will probably have a great makeover.

Even though I made a reservation almost a month ago, I still got a room with a bathroom with accommodation for disability. I was told there were no more rooms available. The pillows were not very comfy, and the had to ask for soap, shampoo, conditioner refills (we were 2 people, and got only one item of each). Breakfast was good, but I'm more a buffet person, so the a la carte menu was ok. Sayim, the person who served us breakfast on Monday was in a rush, completely out of patience, he seemed to be forced to smile, almost took the menus away from us when we ordered. We just wanted to finish breakfast that day and just go.

The staff were very accommodating, attentive and friendly. Our flight arrived early and the rooms were sold out the night before and they quickly cleaned a room for us to help us settle in from our travels. Breakfast buffet was really great and had a lot of options that you don’t see often.

The room was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed the lighting and the various seating options available in the room. There was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker which made things even better.

Honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't like. My kids and I had a great time during our stay and we will definitely go back there again. The hotel ambience was great. I wish we stayed there a lot enjoying that but we were out a lot.

The breakfast was very good. I think that for $25 for the buffet there could’ve been a little bit more selection. We came for breakfast at around 8 o’clock in the morning, and it had already been quite picked over.

Quite honestly, I thought that everything was great as far as the hotel went in the staff was phenomenal. I have nothing negative to say at all.

Pretty much everything. Staff were great especially the dining & bar staff.

The tubs were a little high for someone who is short & problems with a knee. Cleaning staff did not come on the first day - I didn't have a door sign. Was given one the next day, but somehow the sign got turned around so no one came the second day. They are not very sturdy - can be knocked very easily.

The property was very clean and nicely decorated. The rooms were very nice and the bathroom was well lit with a magnifying mirror. There was ample shelf space in the unit for easy access for luggage.

There were no towel bars in the bathroom to hang damp towels. There was one hook for one towel - this is not enough for two people!
