Nice, comfy bed. Clean room with television. Right beside a Tim Horton's.

The room was well equipped and comfortable with plenty of space.

No tea at breakfast just coffee.

Clean well appointed room. Had everything I needed. Staff super nice morning afternoon and evening. Good water pressure and lots of hot water. Big TV. Microwave is good option for room.

Towels a little rough. Had to reset key card twice in 2 days. One night went through on card. Evening of 2nd night calling to pay for 2nd night already before check out the next day. Lots of snow and lot was a little rough to get around. Parking lot already tight as it is and with snow piled up it was tricky. No handheld shower head. Space a little tight on one side of bed by coat rack.

The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with all the amenities one would expect. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff was generally friendly and polite.The hotel's location in Richmond Hill was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping areas. It was also close to the highway, which made commuting to other parts of the city relatively easy.

The hotel offered very simple complimentary breakfast,(coffee, muffin, milk and some juices) However, I was disappointed to find that the milk served at breakfast was sour and had perished. This affected my overall dining experience negatively.

The staff was great, room was very clean, everything in our room worked great, shower was great, water pressure in the shower was great, no bugs whatsoever, nice size tv, near the gas station which is a plus to fill up your car, near some fast food places which was great for quick bite, ac in room worked great, price was good for the room too

Everything was good I had no complaints

I have never rented a hotel before, but I needed a place to stay for the night. The Best Value Inn at Richmond Hill was in the right price bracket for me. It may not have been the fanciest hotel, but the service was good. They were accommodating, the bed was made, and the towels were nicely folded. I was nervous about renting a hotel room at first. I thank the staff and management for making my first hotel rental a pleasant and calming experience.

The bed was a little squeaky, but it was still comfortable.

The room was very comfortable and simple. Perfect place to go if you need a bed and simple breakfast. The breakfast was enough and coffee was excellent. The host made us fresh coffee even after the time slot. Would definitely stay again!

A bit outdated, stairs could use a face-lift.

Exactly what you would expect. For the price of what it was to stay there, I can't complain about the property. They had free juice, muffins, coffee etc. in the morning. Rooms were clean and simple. Lighting wasn't bad. Again, for the price, can't complain at all.

Seems outdated with the carpeting and 'dim' lights. But overall I had no complaints about being there.
