The pool is amazing. We both love the sauna so much. It is a very relaxing place. The food in the restaurant is above my expectations. It is sooooooo good. (Both dinner and breakfast are amazing) The smell of the body lotion they provided is my favorite!

The only thing I didn't like is the shower water. I need to wait for a long time to make it turn hot.

Vintage feel but still upgraded and clean. They gave us a complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary at check-in, which was lovely. Spa services were wonderful and can claim massages under insurance. Hot springs were great, yet second day they didn't feel as hot. Trails onstie ate good for beginner hikers. Very easy.

They seemed to be a little short staffed in the restaurant area. Roo. Service was very hard to get through to and we ended up going down to the restaurant and waited for a staff to take our order. No vending machines on-site or stores for snacks in walking distance. Convenient store about a half hour away by car.

Lovely location! Too bad it was raining and we couldn't walk around. The hot springs were amazing, and when it got too cold, we went to the indoor pool.only thing, our room heat was off, but we turned it on. Loved the fireplace in the room, it was such a special touch! I definitely want to go back!

Loved the hot spring pools and the private hot tub. Beautiful grounds. The digital concierge was helpful (worked via text)

Expensive restaurant even for breakfast. We brought our own food after the first night. I wish the hot tub was protected a bit more from people walking the property. The curtains didn't block out the light well at night.

Two lamps not working which would have been nice to use. One bedside,one tall living room. Bathroom infloor heating was scorching. No coffee table provided in a "deluxe" room to have a game of cards on! A bunch of dead houseflies floated in the cold spa.

It was an ok room.for the rate...spa good In the room.the toilet was.rusty in the drain...disgusting

Waiter in the pub area wasn't properly trained! We asked a question re the beer on tap and the answer was "I don't drink beer so I don't.know anything about it"....(????).....He then took the drink and food order at the same.time (sorry that is not done) TV was on playing the Simpsons ..no music. AbSOLUTELY disappointing. That is a beautiful room ...Christmas decorated and no music??? NOT good enough attention to detail. Food was great but we waited an hr for it and the waiter never checked.on us in that time. Or offered.a second.drink.

When we were given a cold room with heater problems they upgraded us to their best room with a hot tub and fire and were very apologetic. The staff were friendly and helpful in all areas - spa, restaurant, reception

Great staff, cute and cozy rooms, and great spa facilities! Great spot for a romantic getaway.

We could hear staff repeatedly ringing doorbells to nearby rooms. Also our room was quite chilly even after raising the temperature.

We have been there multiple times and without fail we always are treated like royalty. Clean, helpful and we always love that bottle of wine that comes with the room. The food was delicious. Shoutout to Fred our server who was excellent and had so much fun.

We have been to milcroft a couple times. However, the only area for opportunity was lunch at the spa. We were not allowed to keep a tab open for our drinks nor were we allowed to get the lunch charged to the room.

Great spa and amenities, good food at restaurant, very friendly staff

Rooms are very outdated. Hotel and spa are not connected and a short walk uphill is required, which is cold and inconvenient especially in the winter. Also, main parking is far from hotel.
