The breakfast room was very spacious and nice, the interior of the hotel was beautiful, the swimming pool area had a hot tub and hammam sauna. The room was spacious, convenient and clean, it had a mini fridge, a microwave, a coffee machine, a hair dryer, an iron, an ironing board. The staff kindly allowed us to stay an hour longer to enjoy the pool. Very accomodating.

The body lotion was mounted near the sink instead of the bathtub. But we used it as hand soap, no problem.

The location suited us even if off the highway a bit - was easy to find and easy access to the highway we wanted. We had to have our room changed and the staff were very accomodating. The bed and pillows were comfortable , the shower very nice, bathroom clean. The room was neat and clean. There was a hot breakfast, but the eggs were rubbery and I believe fake; the sausage was good. There was an A&W across the street. We did not use the pool.

The breakfast could have been better. There was a strange smell in the first room - very strong cleaner odor we think, and the staff agreed and changed our room right away.

Large suite had lots of room- table with 4 chairs and sofa, 2 T.V. ‘s. Bed was comfortable. Rooms and bathroom were very clean - liked the shower. Had hot/ continental breakfast included in price of room - eggs were delicious, sausage good. I believe coffee was available 24 hrs. Unit was next to a mall and close to downtown Hawkesbury(driving distance)

The room was in need of some TLC, doors not closing properly and the heater in the bedroom was running its fan but we couldn't get any heat out of it. There was also a big ball of wires connected to the heater but just lying on the floor under it

The perfect stop along the road for Parc Omega. The hotel is well-equipped with plenty of fast food options nearby. The swimming pool and steam room were a great bonus. If visiting Parc Omega, don't miss out on the early morning VIP bus tour - it was truly exceptional.

It was clean, warm, and comfortable. We travel this route between Nova scotia and Ontario and generally stop overnight in this area. This is by far the nicest hotel in the area and good value. Other hotel/motels in the area are getting a bit run down. I'll stay here again.

I booked the hotel to be closer to an early job interview and was very satisfied with that. Traffic was a concern and Quality Inn stays under 1 minute from my destination (as they say: Location, location, location). But, to my surprise, the hotel is very pleasant as is its staff who helped me in minor issues. The breakfast is self-service and good with options. I would go back without a doubt. Thank you all!

Quiet clean nice no hassle when asked for something they came right away

No bath towels small soaps ran out of regular coffee pods.problem's with flow of water in bathroom sink and shower and Tiolet .how can a hotel run out of coffee?and have no bath towels.

I have been staying there several times a year for 10+ years and I really like the upgrades they’ve recently done.

They need a better and more varied breakfast buffet,with healthier options. Not everyone loves the same scrambled eggs and mini sausages day after day.

We absolutely love every stay we’ve had here. Everyone is so kind, food is so good, rooms are so comfy. Our go to place.

There was a bunch of kids for some event & they were running the halls loudly until after 11pm with no supervision.
