Great location... lovely hosts... very nice breakfast... comfy bed... water pressure is excellent... there is a pool out back guarded by two lovely dogs...who r very friendly ...Point Pelee not far... I will come back...

This is no fault of hosts...but the people upstairs to my room were very inconsiderate and crashed around as if they were doing a tango or trying to get their steps in...so inconsiderate...look...it's an older space...you r going to hear people walking around...but these people had no concept that someone was downstairs. They were also crashing around at 3 am...totally inconsiderate... please do not be that person.... I found the TV incredibly small... but not a deal breaker..the size of a computer screen...

Carol and Scott were very welcoming. Our breakfast were amazing, starting with fresh fruit and juice every morning. Very accommodating to whatever people would like to eat. Scott made wonderful homemade bread. It would be a problem if people had mobility getting in and out. There is a bedroom downstairs but you still have to come upstairs to get into it. But we are in our early '70s and the stairs were made for shorter people so it was not a problem for me being short. There is a sitting area downstairs where people can gather and watch TV if they choose. There's coffee available all the time. Thanks Scott and Carol for sharing your home with us. The hosts are very nice, the bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent! This was my second year in a row staying here - it's a short drive to Point Pelee for May bird migration. I will make this a regular spot to stay for years to come, if it's not booked up, of course! Also, Kingsville is a cute town with quite a few restaurants. I stayed in the small room, which has a full bathroom with shower and a large bed. The room was large enough for a single traveller or a couple. There is also a large living room common area and small kitchen. Everything I needed.

The hellemsfield was so central to everything in kingsville. It is at the heart of the Main Street giving you access to practically everything with a short walking distance. It was so quaint and cute. Very clean and welcoming! Our hosts (the owners of the property) were so kind and very easy to talk to. We were there at the same time as another couple and got to enjoy a beautiful and wonderful breakfast with them cooked by our hosts. Fresh fruit, orange juice and so many jams were included with a full breakfast, it was truly amazing. It’s hard to pinpoint one thing that we absolutely loved about our stay because there are so many good things to say but by far the best was the bed. So unbelievably comfortable! We had an amazing nights sleep! If you’re thinking about staying here, book it already! You will not regret it and you will likely come back again and again as we plan to do!

The only thing that I would mention is that you can hear everything going on in the house as it is an older home and a shared space. Being a bed and breakfast we knew this coming in and it wasn’t bothersome to us at all.

Location was excellent, walking distance to parks and restaurants. Short bike ride to ferry. Amazing breakfast served hot every morning. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and accommodations were very clean. Enjoyed being able to make a tea in the evening and enjoy it on one of the many decks. Salt water pool was the icing on the cake. Scott and Carol are lovely and attentive to our needs.

The host was amazing - very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was top notch - the portion was large and I really appreciated being offered several different hot meal options, which was cooked to order. Lots of tea and coffee on offer, too, and great that there's a fridge available for longer stays. The welcome wine was a nice touch, too. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was small for the price, but the host made up for that with the good things I provided in my review. Also, I was travelling alone so space wasn't an issue for me. The only negative thing to really say is that the room was on the ground floor beside the entry door and close to the breakfast area, so if the other room's patrons are up early, you can hear it. I wear earplugs so it wasn't an issue for me, but it's good to know for future guests. I would definitely stay here again.

The hosts Carol and Scott are very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed a complimentary bottle of wine on arrival and a surprise dessert of baklava was waiting for us when we returned from dinner at the restaurant right across the street. Also included was a full breakfast to start the next day with eggs, bacon, toast, fresh fruits, preserves, coffee, tea, orange juice which had us prepped for the day ahead.

We greeted by the owner promptly on arrival and found the house to be very well situated in Kingsville, close to the Main Street. The room we booked had a king bed and very nice bathroom to clean off from the hot day. We would definitely come back and stay again and use the pool this time.

Nothing comes to mind, it was a seamless stay for 1 night in Kingsville.

The location is great to the centre of the main Downtown area of Kingsville, close to restaurants & bars. Perfect for exploring the area. There is a sitting area & small kitchen area for the 2 rooms to use. Our room was upstairs with a King bed, extremely comfortable. The place is spotless & would highly recommend the Hellemsfield Inn to anyone

The Hellemsfield B&B was just what we needed. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted and shown only the best hospitality. This was more like an apartment than we expected. Everything was clean and well decorated. The bed comfortable and water pressure was fine. They even had a small bottle of wine waiting for us! The breakfast in the morning was delicious and made to our dietary needs.

Better instructions on where to park. There is a few different spots and I didn't know if it was okay to park in front of the garage or in the road.
