Our 4 year old LOVED our 3 night stay. The kids activity room was awesome for releasing his energy. The room was open layout so we could sit and relax and see him at all times. The pool was very kid friendly. A whole section closed in where he could touch his feet on the bottom. Every night new kids came and he had a “new best friend” to play with in the activity room. Restaurant was good, Dino nuggets and fries, home made Mac and Cheese for our picky eater. My husband liked the burger, pizza wasn’t great but they had a good size menu. Night bartender was very friendly. This location was 10/10 for us. Better than the London location for our little one. The London location is more beautiful but the Leamington location is 100% better for kids.

The rooms were very clean and no mould but there was definitely some mould in the pool room. The sky dome in the play room leaked a lot onto the carpet. I hope they spend the money one day to repair because I’m sure this might deter some customers who have mould allergies/sensitivity. It won’t deter us from returning because the rooms were very clean, no mould in the rooms.

Kids always love staying here. Great for group trips and large families

It’s needs updates. The main entrance, lobby, and restaurant looked modern but the rest of the hotel seemed like it needs replacing. Ripped and stained carpets, the ceiling in the pool area looks rusted and leaking, and the windows around the ceiling in the pool area need to be cleaned of debris on the outside. We also stayed on the 3rd floor and it was very inconvenient that the elevator did not go to that floor, and I saw multiple other guests also trying to figure out how to get to the 3rd floor

It was awesome the kids loved it everything was open the only thing that we didn't like the one lady who worked the day shift jully 4th to 7th has a major attitude problem but staff like the maintenance guy kevin the young lady who waited on us for breakfast the young guys running the slide made up for the cpl not so nice front desk staff but not all was just one lady who worked days an guy who worked nites they could definitely be trained on customer service

It looks like its an ideal family type vacation spot, as there is a pool and many activities. The billard table, basketball net, badminton and games.

Walking up the stairs with our luggage. Need to redo the rugs on the stairs and clean the windows at the top. Otherwise considering the age of the facility the main lobby and bar/restaurant is nice and food was good. We had breakfast each morning, eggs plus toast was good. Although disappointed that the espresso, cappuccino machine was not working.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Very helpful getting us vouchers for the breakfast we had already paid for included in the room price so we wouldn’t be charged at the restaurant. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Not enough outlets for phone and tablet chargers and none by the bed on either side. Only one working bulb in the bathroom light fixture (should have been 4).

Should have a double between units for better sound proofing. This mostly applies to when you have loud neighbours with the door access between two rooms.

Noticed a lot of doors missing the little round rubber push in bumpers that help make the door closing quieter.

The hotel is in VERY close proximity to Point Pelee National Park which is why we chose it. It was clean, well organized, and had an elevator for accessibility. Toiletries and other standard items were provided, and extra coffee pods were provided at request. The hotel has an in-house restaurant which was decent. It was actually surprisingly good.

Approximately half of the hotel was non-accessible due to stairs which separated the two wings. Ultimately, this prevented my grandparents from coming with us for our mini vacation. We know for next year to book even further in advance and to request an accessible room. It was a little pricey, but options with this proximity to the park are limited.

The hotel was close to the Point Pelee National Park. The rooms were clean and the restaurant good. The staff were helpful and courteous. The badminton and ping pong and inside playground was great for the kids.

The pool needs work. Disappointing that the slides still not in use (2 years and still not in use). The area around the pool is crumbling in some areas. The games had more broken games that working ones. The working ones didn't always work either and ate the loonies without letting you play!

Everything was great. The pool, coffee/tea/water station. Room was great and easy access to elevator and stairs and luggage trolley. Great location to Point Pelee National Park and also to town.

The staff was very warm and friendly. They were very polite. At the restaurant, Tania or Tanya was very pleasant. She took time to talk to the kids about the menu. She was very sweet. My son loved it when she took a picture of a gigantic waffle. Thanks for helping the kids choose their breakfast. All the staff were very engaging. We liked the indoor play area and different activities for kids. The room was very clean. We enjoyed our stay. We will be back for another visit.
